Waterscape condos are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is famous for its emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This resort was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the ‚Äúheartbeat' of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape condos has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10-foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort's lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation. This wonderful vacation destination is conveniently located to wonderful local restaurants, attractions, and shopping areas in Fort Walton Beach and Destin.

The condo was great overall, although the red chairs either need to be shampooed or replaced. They had a horrible smell and the arms were very dirty.

The rooms were clean and after you figure out the parking decks everything is a breeze. The location is pretty quiet and located in the midst of everything. The pool area was nice and there’s a lot to do. If you’re more of a beach person there’s direct access from the pools. The people are really friendly. House keeping gives you time to exit premises instead of knocking and harassing like other places I’ve been.

Awesome place to stay and play! Kiddo’s had a blast by all the pools and the beach was just steps away!! The beach staff was really nice and attended to all your needs!! Fudpuckers tiki hut by the pool was perfect for hungry kiddo’s and Moms needing less to pack!! Restaurants, arcade, and souvenirs were just a 13 minute walk from the condo!!

The unit was very nice and comfortable. Two bedrooms with very comfortable king beds and roomy bathrooms, a third alcove area with two bunks and a powder room. The complex has a beautiful pool area and seems to be very kid-friendly in a safe and convenient location.

This place was amazing! We came on spring break and there was so much to do. The kids went to the beach and every pool multiple times everyday. They even had a pirate show, airbrush tattoos and other events each day for the kids. The condo itself was exactly as advertised and VERY clean. We will be booking this room again when we come back to fort Walton beach. Front desk staff was great and very helpful even with our late check in. Will be recommending this to all family and friends.

This is the best vacation rental property that we ever stayed in. We felt like home. The property was very clean. The appliances, specially Washer and Dryers were excellent. Since we had kids with us, there were loads of laundry. There were more than enough kitchen utensils to cook food. Kids liked the hot tub downstairs, since it was chilly during Christmas time. If we ever visit Destin or nearby areas, this will be our first choice.

This was the best beach condo experience I've had. The room itself was clean and had all the amenities we could have asked for. There was ample garage parking so our car didn't have to be out in the hot sun. Keyless entry was so convenient so we didn't have to keep track of keys or keycards during pool or beach trips. And of course, the pool area was so nice, my daughter could have stayed there all day every day.

Place was nice and clean. Liked the location, close to restaurants, pier and boardwalk. Pools were nice. We went during a busy time, so finding a chair at the pool was challenging. I enjoyed the extra activities they had at the pool for the kids. Fudpuckers by the pool was very convenient. Plenty of chairs at the beach. Bed was hard for me but my husband loved it. Pillows were the worse and not enough. Could of used more and comfy covers. You need to bring beach towels and hair dryer.

We enjoyed our stay. Felt cozy. We didn’t use the kitchen much but made Corndogs in the oven and it took almost an hour to cook them. So the oven is a bit slow. Condo was clean. Did see a few creepy crawls around in the hallways and only 1 in our room. If I could make one suggestion it would be to bring a Keurig if you like coffe/tea). We did bring ours because we seen ahead of time that their wasn’t one). Overall it was a perfect place! Very family oriented.

The room was very spacious and clean. Awesome view of the fireworks from the harbor. Only issue was the microwave was missing the turntable and cleaning crew did not vacuum under the sofa. We found food and chips all under the sofa.

Stay was perfect. We arrived around 2pm and went to check in. Check in time was 4pm but our room was ready at 2:30 and we were able to get in early which was a plus! Great staff. Pools were nice and a quick walk right to the beach. Plenty of dishes in our room. Very clean. Only thing I could say is the beds are on the firm side, but definitely not a deal breaker. I would stay again. Great experience.

Quiet condo especially for a family resort. Most families had children from babies to teens but when we were in our condo it was very peaceful. Was right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location. Staff was efficient and friendly. Pool areas and lazy river were spotlessly clean. Will stay again!

This home was just as pictured. Everything was ready upon our arrival-parking passes, resort bracelets, and key code. All staff were extremely kind and helpful! We have already decided that this is the place we’re coming back to next year. We love Destin, AND we love Waterscape!!

We had a great time! Condo was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with towels and everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool area was amazing. We loves that it was so big which kept it from being crowded. Loved how chairs and an umbrella were included at the beach. Also loved the fireworks on Wednesday night! Hope to come back!! The tv in the master bedroom didn't work. That didn't bother us, but just to make the owner aware.

One of my favorite things on a beach vacation is waking up, having coffee, and looking at the view. However, when I woke up, it was then that I realized I had to walk 1/4 of a mile to a convenience store if I wanted coffee. Other than that, Waterscape is such a perfect location and wonderful overall experience.
