Lovely place, but bad hotel construction. You hear everything!

It was very clean and new, and the staff were absolutely wonderful (friendly and helpful).

It was very loud and the pillows were terrible. We didn't get any sleep because you could constantly hear toilets flushing, people walking above us and in the morning in the hall. I think I would have gotten a better night's sleep in the car.

Best option in the Quad Cities

It was super clean from the lobby to the rooms, and everything was up-to-date and in good repair. The staff were so friendly and capable—I was impressed by every interaction with them. I've stayed at a few hotels around the Quad Cities, but this is far and away the nicest property in town.

I understand why they have a no pets policy, but I just wish they could make an exception to welcome *my* pets. ;)

The location was great! Enjoyed a lovely Iowa sunset. The man who greeted us was so kind and sweet. Loved that our room was ready for us with personalized TV screen welcome too.

Very clean and modern property.

Like anything else, there are a few tweaks that could be made. Regular toilet paper roll holders would be the first on my list. What they have now does not allow the paper to roll smoothly. Another would be for a little more comfy mattress.

Disappointing

I didn’t like that there was so much styrofoam used at breakfast, so much waste and it’s terrible for the environment. The room was also pretty dirty, stained sheets and grime in the shower. Overall pretty icky….wouldn’t stay again.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Hotel was pleasantly decorated and had an exceptional workout room. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was very pleasant and spacious. Great location.

Internet was very slow. Not immediately aware, due to location, that hot tea and coffee was available.

Comfortable room nice fitness center breakfast at 6am.

No heat or ac in room Small pool Small hot tub. Low water pressure in bathroom sink. Very noisy bedroom facing freeway.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to keep room temperature where you need it. Very good exercise area.
