Huge attic apartment in the city center of Concarneau with a view of the walled town, the marina and 5 min walk from the beaches and coastal walks.
It exudes a crazy charm with its exposed framework, its stone walls, its volumes, its architecture, its design and its authenticity but also its openness to the outside.

It is located on the top floor of a building and is composed as follows:

Appartement très bien situé avec son garage, design bien refait, vue magnifique sur la ville close.

Petit point noir la climatisation qui ne marchait pas à notre arrivée et durant notre séjour. Mais le temps a été clément sans trop de chaleur ce qui n'a pas trop posé problème. Sinon le bien est magnifique et très très bien situé. Je recommande grandement cette location avec la flexibilité des hôtes.

Perfect place for relaxing holiday

Bestens gelegen in/über der Stadt, "A room with a View", Markt und Restaurants in der Nähe, sehr ruhig, privater Parkplatz. Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und alles ist vorhanden - auch zum selber kochen. Die Wohnung ist auch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der südlichen Bretagne, Informationen für Ausflüge sind zusammengefasst in einem Booklet vorhanden. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin war sehr gut, und Antworten sehr schnell. Ein sehr schöner Ort. sehr Empfehlenswert.
