About this apartment rental

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath single level oceanside condominium. This unit is located in a prime Wrightsville Beach location - two blocks from Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier and one block in from the Atlantic Ocean. Walking to the beach is easy - access 14 (Shearwater) is just 1 minute down the street with no streets to cross and the access has a lifeguard station (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

This 1400 squared feet condo is a spacious and clean open concept unit with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The kitchen includes a Wolf gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a built-in wine cooler. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, blender, coffee makers and much more. There are two private outdoor porches off the living room and dining room. The unit is located on second story of three-story building. First level is the garage and storage. The unit sleeps 6-8 comfortably; queen size master bed, double bed in one guest bedroom, two twin beds in another and a double bed pull out couch in the living room. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and its own full bathroom. Another full bath and a half bathroom are located down the hall. All linens and bath towels are provided. Beach towels may be checked out at no additional cost.

The property is beautifully landscaped and includes a seashell patio area, firepit and artificial turf. The outdoor space is a perfect spot to gather and relax after your day at the beach or from fishing. The firepit is available fall through spring (weather permitting) and is a great way to enjoy a cool evening!

Two enclosed outdoor showers are available for your use with plenty of room to dry off towels, chairs and beach equipment. A washer and dryer are located in the unit with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. Additionally, this unit includes 2 parking spots - one spot in the garage and one outside in the driveway.

We take great pride in providing a clean, relaxing beach unit and are honored to have many returning visitors.

Maximum guest capacity is 8. No parties or events are allowed on this property. Sorry no pets.

Right next to the beach, within walking distance of seaside restaurants and shops. Walking is the best way to get around. The property has outdoor showers, but I saw a widow spider in one of the showers, so I used the hose instead.

This rental has everything you could need for a great beach vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is spotless. Everything is close and within walking distance. The owners were very quick to respond and check in was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again!

Had a sisters weekend in Wilmington. Chose this house for it's location and size, but got so much more! The house is just steps from the beach and the owners had everything we needed to have a perfect weekend! Between the 2 decks, with sunrise and sunset views , we couldn't have asked for more. Made for wonderful lasting memories! We went during the weekend of a tropical storm, and Brenda was so accommodating!

The house was great. We had six women for a kid-free getaway. The house was clean and we had plenty of space. The master shower was amazing!! There were two covered porches that were nice for when it rained and for hanging out in the evenings. The house was a very short walk to the beach and they provided everything we needed! If we had the kids with us, they would have been set too. There were chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, sand toys and other beach games. We couldn’t have found a more perfect place for our getaway!

Brenda was incredible to work with. We had access to the condo right at check in time. The location is impossible to beat with less than a block walk to the beach right next to the pier! We were traveling with my parents and our two young kids - beach towels and toys provided was huge! We are already talking about coming back. ♥️

We had a few days to vacation at the end of our spring break and easily booked this property with responsive owners! The pictures do not do it justice! The home was beautiful and well appointed! My family -ranging in ages from 52 to 3-had a wonderful time. The walk to the beach was easy and after the beach we had great fun playing corn hole! The house had plenty of chairs and toys for the beach. We could have left ours at home! Great location for walking to shops and dining too! The owners were fantastic! We will bookmark this place and stay again!

I cant say enough good things about this property! It was absolutely PERFECT! The location was literally ocean block and steps to the beach...no roads to cross. It was a 10-15min walk to town. The property was immaculate and was equipped with everything you could possibly need while away and at the beach. The owners were responsive and helpful. We are earmarking the property and will definitely stay there again!!!
