Bien, cómodo y a un paso de la zona más turística.

Ubicación muy buena. Mensaje de cocina muy bien surtido. Baño muy grande.

Ventana justo al lado de la salida de humos de un restaurante. Son muy impersonales, dado que no te cruzas con nadie en recepción, relación solo con WhatsApp.

Awesome location in Old Town, fun restaurants and bars, some shopping. Host went way beyond to make sure we had what we needed.

Would have been nice to have coffee/ tea, but many Spanish hotels do not provide it.

Todo, limpio al extremo y ubicación perfecta, permite entrar con el coche para descargar las maletas.

Falta donde almacenar. Con un mueblito encima de la tele serviria para guardar compras.

Todo. Ana, la persona que los lleva encantadora. La comodidad, nada de ruido, con todo lo necesario. Como en casa. Muy bien ubicado, parking gratuito muy cerca. Sin duda, volveré a repetir.

Me encantó todo, muy cuqui, acogedor, con todo lo necesario y muy limpio. Las vistas impresionantes al Castillo y la Encina. El trato perfecto aunque fue todo a través del móvil. La calefacción muy confortable y la cama muy cómoda.

Lo único, les recomendaría que dejasen un poco de aceite y sal de cortesía, ya que en nuestro caso viajábamos en Nochebuena y te obliga a adquirir ciertos productos que para una sola comida no compensa comprar, por lo demás todo excelente

Apersonal y frío de trato. Recepción vacía siempre. Nadie a quien reclamar si algo no funciona. Pero se gana en fluidez de burocracia.

Just like home!

Super clean, comfy bed, great shower, well equipped kitchen with a washer! Great, helpful communication from staff, too. Felt right at home on the other side of the world.

Unsurpassed! Modern, Comfortable, Clean with a prime location.

Superbly modern, comfortable and clean. Has all the apartment facilities you will need, a restaurant/bar below, and the Camino de Santiago passing by. "Guiana" is in a prime location overlooking the castle, convenient to restaurants, church and stores, with people watching at its finest from your windows! The staff were fast to respond to my questions. Will definitely stay here again!

If you need absolute silence to sleep, the front apartments may not be for you due to café noise below, some nights til 1:30, but with the windows and doors sealed, it was much quieter. I didn't mind as it was always busy, friendly, happy sounds! We had the front rooms with a fantastic view, but the others should be quieter.

The apartment is sparking clean. It is located in the best area in Ponferrada, just in front of the castle. It has a fully equipped and well designed kitchen. It’s comfy, cozy and quiet. We do love the stay.

Centrally located — right across from the castle. Strong, hot shower. Washing machine worked great. Host helped to arrange my Camino Facil transfer.

Ana was wonderful to deal with, very warm and welcoming and responsive. She helped to coordinate transportation of our backpacks by JacoTrans. Entry was through a code, which Ana sent to us the day of arrival. Easy and efficient. There is a vending machine near the entry door with drinks, snacks and farmacia items that backpackers and other types of travelers would find very beneficial. The apartment was very clean and centrally located.

Clean and comfortable apartment just next to the castle.

The location is perfect - right in front of the castle. The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect private bathroom. The kitchen was supplied with every necessary comfort. There was a washing machine which was very useful. The staff was helpfull and provided us with information on everything we asked for. The access to the building and to the apartment is smart and easy. We had a great experience!

There is no outdoor place where we could dry our clothes faster.

Great modern apartments facing the castle

Excellent location in front of the castle. Free parking 2 blocks away; less than 5 minute walk. Room is modern and very well furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and brew some coffee. Check in is via a code provided by the property manager, so no need to meet anyone. Loved it!

We selected the studio with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very comfortable. It is a very minor inconvenience to pull out the bed each evening and put it away in the morning.
