Situated within easy access to both Sandbanks beach and Poole harbour and with a well stocked tesco express just underneath the apartment. Private parking was secure and a great convenience and we enjoyed 3 well rested evenings here

The apartment, whilst comfortable, could do with some refreshment to its decor. Kitchen and bathroom are a little dated and could benefit from a refurbishment. It would've been handy to have a vacuum cleaner in the apartment to clean up any sand brought in when returning from the beach

Nice place, would stay again!

Lovely little apartment. We stayed as a family of 5 with a baby. The apartment was clean and comfortable and fully equipped. I have no negative feedback at all.

Lovely apartment ,beautiful view,perfect location,clean ,tidy and spacious and equipped with everything you need :-)

Great location and apartment,everything you need in the kitchen,had towels and blankets and really lovely place to stay

The ONLY thing I can mark down is the mattress was really really uncomfortable ,it felt lumpy and like springs poking in your back,my husband moved to the sofa and I stayed in the bed but literally woke every half hour due to discomfort which was the only disappointing thing about this property as everything else was excellent ,I would definately stay here again as it’s perfect in every other way :-)

Good value for money.

Being on top of Tesco, it was very easy to obtain necessities.

At night there are lots of teenagers that hang about although polite, they are drinking and a bit rowdy.

Fantastic location for a good price. I agree with some comments made by other reviewers, but for the price I paid, I would come back again.

The sofabed was stained and covered with blankets. Cleanliness requires improvement. Some lights were not working. No vacuum, which would be handy as next to a sandy beach.

Basic, unclean but excellent location.

Location is excellent. Bedding was clean. Tesco express below is huge and had everything you'd need. Parking space was good. Lift to property was handy.

Property was unclean - found food and a glass on the floor on arrival. Plus the dust! Never stayed in a place this unclean. Blinds in lounge were broken - we saw this mentioned in reviews months ago so assumed it would be fixed but they hadn't even been removed. It prevents you looking out the window at the bit best of the property - the view! Blinds have been removed in 2nd bedroom and curtains are not black out so room was very bright. Bed in main bedroom was probably the most basic uncomfortable bed I've ever had the misfortune of paying to stay on. Glad it was only a 1 night stay.

Good just needed somewhere to sleep for nephew’s wedding on Studland Bay.

stunning location. 3 floor flat but was fine as lift worked. ideal for somewhere to stay at reasonable price.Bathroom fairly clean but had to purchase 2 air fresheners , bit of odour lack of air circulation needed window open whilst having shower. would stay there again ideal for long weekend.

A good little flat in a great location

Location on the sea front is the best feature of this property. Tesco Express downstairs handy for grabbing essentials too. Great that it came with a free parking space. Kitchen was well kitted out. Bathroom had a nice hot powerful shower.

Bed was uncomfortable- could feel the springs in the mattress Very thin walls, so you could hear the neighbours early in the morning The covers on the sofas because we’d brought a dog weren’t clean, covered in other dog’s hair. Would’ve been nice to wash them between guests Would’ve liked some wardrobe space to hang clothes up but wardrobes were full of stuff.

With some TLC this could quickly become a great property

Great location, clean, quiet. Tesco express store at foot of building convenient, if expensive. Electric heating responsive (if fiddly to operate). Beautiful walks to Bournemouth and around Poole harbour - and onto Purbeck when the chain ferry is working in the spring.

Internet (and therefore HDTV) didn't work throughout my 4-day stay. Mixer tap in kitchen produced only a dribble of water and needs replacing. One lampshade missing, 2 needed replacing. No fire blanket in kitchen nor fire safety instructions. The wooden boardwalk to reach the 3rd floor flat, while presumably safe, felt precarious. I'm guessing the developers wanted to save weight when they added the top two floors.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. Perfect location, bus stops right out side the main entrance with easy access to both both Poole and Bournemouth. Was lovely am warm! Absolutely no complaints and already looking at dates to come back next year!

it’s a good location at a good price and with a little investment in new cushions, blinds etc and a bit of a spring clea

location was fabulous. The view from apartment very pretty. good price for location. Main bedroom was pleasant enough and clean.

It looked tired and unloved. Cheap throws over sofa. Very tatty and dirty cushion covers. Many marks on walls. Blinds broken. Cupboard door broken. only one Prosecco glass and one wine glass.

The apartment is located right by the beach. It is handy for visiting Poole or Bournemouth too. It is a lovely, comfortable apartment. Everything you needed for a self catering break was there.

everything broken hooks, blinds, no curtains, mattresses awful so slept on sofa for the week and my back is so sore. no hoover or broom here to clean out the shower from sand. key doesn’t work for the gate.

the property was in an amazing location

the property was filthy dirty, there was food on the cutlery in the drawers.. The bedding was covered in dirt and hairs.. The sofa is your promos were filthy covered in hairs and fluff.

Location perfect ,accommodation disappointing.

Perfect location and parking space. Added bonus of a Tesco Express below the building.

The bathroom was very tired and there was no toilet lid. The sofas were in need of replacing and one of them was covered in stains. Upon arrival we were greeted with a doormat which was exceedingly worn. The television didn't have a watchable picture. A curtain rail was missing and one of the bedrooms didn't have a lampshade.

It is good overall and with a bit of renovation it would look much nicer and feel more comfortable.

We liked the ocean view from the front window. Beach supplies as well as the kitchen supplies were in the cupboards for use. Location is superb. Tesco Express downstairs and private parking available for 1 car are very handy.

Bed mattresses were old and discomfortable. Sofas in the living room as well as the cutleries were dirty. Just be careful with the check out time as it is 11.00 am in the confirmation email and I only found out that the real check out time was 10.00 am so definitely check it with the owner. I couldn’t find out if there was a hair dryer as the property manager never replied back to my email so let you know there isn’t one.
