Comfortable and convenient

It was very spacious, clean and was a quick drive to the Blue Mountain Village. The pool was nice, just a bit buggy. Beds were comfortable - we all slept well.

Its was a bit cool inside -we didn't know how to adjust temperature.

It’s nice place to plan vacation with family and kids. Worth it. Owner kept all necessities and took great care.

Property was very good. Neat and clean.

Location, cleanliness and kitchen items provided. Bathroom soap, shampoo and body wash were provided. Silent quiet and peaceful neighbourhood was there.

Disappointing

Rental is a good size, with three spacious bathrooms. Location is good, close to skiing and the Village. Individual contact person was efficient and nice.

This was a disappointing rental. The beds are hard and noisy; sleep was near impossible. All of the interior doors squeak; loud enough to wake sleepers. The kitchen was a good size but lacked some basic accessories such as oven mitts, a tea pot, dishwasher soap and a large fry pan.

There are better places to get more value for your money.

The location and the swimming pool were really the only good things

The house was dirty, for the cleaning fee of $150 I would have expected more. We pushed the couch back to make more room and underneath there was a lot of dirt, food, and crumbs. One of the girls bed sheets were dirty with hair and dirt flecks, and there was makeup stains on her pillow. There are a lot of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, dust hanging from the bathroom fans, tape on the walls from what I assume were banners hung up. The house wasn’t worth the money we paid, at some point after we booked they changed how many beds were there (now only 5) and one of the guests was left without a bed, the owner did refund us some money for that but it didn’t help improve the experience and it was a lot of fighting to get it. The property needs a good clean and less furniture and vending machines, it’s set up more like a hotel, we had to take out the garbage which you would think be covered by this cleaning fee but it wasn’t. The location was good, about a 20 minute walk to the village and the pool was nice.

Clean and Well equipped, great location

Furniture was very basic and minimal but beds were comfortable. Missing Recylce Bins. Wish that Master had 1 king instead of 2 queens. TV/Internet wires were exposed not toddler friendly

Property was lovely, location is excellent, 10 minutes to everywhere

the location is lovely, i was pleasantly suprised the village had free parking. i would highlight that information in the booking.

the little back yard needed a little more effort to be used well. Booking time at the pool proved to be impossible, which disappointed the kids. wish i had known to book the pool before we left for the trip.

The place was great, very clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies, pots and pans.

No chairs on front porch or balcony to enjoy the view. There should be a night lock for the front door for added protection. Each bedroom should have a chest of drawers for your clothes. Needed double the amount of plates. Needed oven mittens

House was super clean and very welcoming.

I didn't like the plastic underlay on the bed - it made for a very uncomfortable sleep. I didn't like the $200 cleaning fee for a one night stay. It was not obvious that this was part of the booking fee until I had booked the night and couldn't get refunded. I think a better option would be a deposit fee -

Every vacation property should be this clean!

This spacious vacation home property is conveniently located in a safe neighbourhood walking distance or a quick drive over to Blue Mountain Village. It is VERY clean with no carpeting, and the kitchen nicely stocked with everything that we have needed to prepare and enjoy our meals away from home. We would definitely stay here again.
