I would stay away, manager and assistant manager will charge you extra for no reason

Extremely rude staff, especially the manager and the assistant manager. BEWARE that they will charge you extra even after paying ahead of time for your stay. They told me “ prices fluctuate “ even after already booking and paying. Complete mess of management.

Everything about the property was amazing. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was very clean and the breakfast was delicious!

A nice freeway overnighter.

Breakfast was adequate. Bed was a bit too firm for our liking. Modern styling was a pleasant change from the usual bland. Staff was very attentive to questions and needs. Location is VERY easy on/off I-5.

Hotel is a bit difficult to get into and out of. Unless you sneak through the adjacent property parking lot, you must exit out a "back" way onto an unfamiliar street.

Disappointing.

Not what I would expect after paying $200 a night. I thought I was at a Holiday Inn Express. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on outside the window as well as what your neighbors are doing. Your better off staying at the Hampton Inn across the street.

Great stop for solo-traveler with an EV.

Really nice staff at check-in. Staff helped me with EV charging station (they had 3 ChargePoint chargers). Room was really clean. Toiletries in the room were high quality. Facilities felt new and up to date. Coffee and tea available 24hrs. There was security on-site which was nice since I checked-in after mid-night.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Exceptional

What I like most about my stay was the cleanest of the hotel and friendly staff. Another bonus was their open breakfast bar. Being that I have three kids this saved me a lot of money.

Comfortable, modern hotel.

Very good modern hotel, perfect for a stop over on a long journey. Helpful, welcoming staff, comfortable bed and clean room. The hotel communal area was bright and comfortable and there were plenty of restaurant options within walking distance or a short drive. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Clean, nice selection of drinks and snacks. Hangout area for playing games and corn hole.

The walls are not sound proof. Heard our neighbors talking all night.
