La suite ha il comfort di avere una cucina attrezzata, vicinanza ai servizi, pineta e laguna per fare due passi e vicinanza alla spiaggia. Il personale è gentile e disponibile.
Non ho gradito che nonostante fosse compreso nel prezzo (prezzo non banale), la pulizia compresa nel mio soggiorno non sia stata fatta o meglio è stata cambiata la biancheria e nient'altro. Sarebbe comprensibile se non fosse specificato nel coupon, nero su bianco, "pulizia e cambio biancheria".

Una buona soluzione per soggiornare e rilassarsi a Marina Romea.
Valida alternativa rispetto ad altre località balneari super affollate durante il periodo estivo.
Il Residence Poggio dei Pini si trova in un quartiere residenziale silenzioso e immerso nel verde e dispone di mini appartamenti con arredamento semplice ma funzionale, ampi locali, climatizzazione indipendente e regolabile in zona giorno e notte, Wi-Fi gratuito, TV a schermo piatto, bagno privato con bidet, doccia e set di toiletries di cortesia, piscina e giardino all’aperto.
Dal residence con un passeggiata in pineta di 5-6 minuti si raggiunge il mare.
Accesso gratuito in spiaggia convenzionata.
Nonostante la vicinanza delle spiagge, i centri commerciali sono solo raggiungibili in auto.
Si trova a circa 30 minuti da Mirabilandia (30-34 Km) in auto, Porto Corsini e Marina di Ravenna vicine a pochi minuti.
Servizio di pulizia iniziale e finale sono sempre inclusi. Cambio asciugamani e lenzuola previsto per soggiorni di minimo 7 notti una volta a settimana. Servizio di pulizia giornaliero disponibile su richiesta con un piccolo supplemento.
L'appartamento è spazioso e con un bel terrazzo largo e comodo munito di tavolo e sedie, è possibile mangiare fuori ma è sconsigliabile per la presenza delle zanzare.

All’arrivo trovate ad accogliermi tre belle cimici sulla tenda zona soggiorno e un paio di zanzare subito eliminate.
La mancanza di zanzariere obbliga a dover tenere chiuse porte e finestre di giorno e di notte.
Superfici dei mobili zona notte con macchie e impronte, evidenza di mancanza di pulizia e sanificazione.
Ripiani interni dell’armadio e superfici interne della cassettiera in camera da letto non pulite (polvere, peli e altri detriti).
Cucina poco attrezzata.
Mancanza di strofinacci per stoviglie e cucina, spugne, detersivo per piatti e per la pulizia della cucina.
Mancano utensili, tovaglie in tessuto o tovagliette in plastica , tovaglioli, ecc.
Mancanza di detersivo per la lavatrice.
Cucina a microonde senza contenitori adeguati per scaldare gli alimenti.
Non ci sono i sacchetti per la raccolta differenziata della spazzatura.
Pulizia non accurata, piano cottura trovato non pulito e dopo aver allungato il tavolo del soggiorno trovate macchie di sporco e briciole da alimenti residue da precedente soggiorno.
La televisione è solo in camera da letto, ci vorrebbe un altro TV nella zona giorno o almeno una presa antenna supplementare per poterla spostare.
Sedie rumorose e tavolo rumoroso spostandoloa a causa della mancanza dei feltrini.
Illuminazione zona-giorno scarsa.
Consigliabile qualche gruccia in più negli armadi.
Scarsa insonorizzazione delle camere.

Super personel, fajne położenie obiektu, dobre wyposażenie. Apartament przestronny, klima, TV ( kanały naziemne, głownie telesprzedaż, i kilka podstawowych). Spory, zacieniony taras.
Słaba ekipa sprzątająca - zabrudzenia na pościeli, pleśń pod prysznicem, bardzo mała kabina prysznicowa jak na tak dużą łazienkę. Niedomyte garnki w kuchni, słabe wyposażenie kuchni( jak na Włochy - brak korkociągu, wyciskarki do czosnku)

It was a great holiday for our family. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and cosy. In the kitchen we found everything needed. The pool was clean, our family enjoyed it a lot. Near the residence there are small shops, cafés and restaurants. The beach is close, just 5-8 minutes on foot. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful.

It is a real family friendly place. My children enjoyed the pool and the sea as well.

It had a nice pool, funny slide for the children, fast access to the beach. Comfortable bath, really hot water and the hotel parking spacer was good otherwise almost no parking possible. A little shop for daily things is very close.
The hotel was very nice but the noise of the cricket was insane. I wouldn't go there again because of that crazy noise. Even with closed doors it was still loud similar to a main road in front of the room.

Nice pool, The staff at the pool was very helpful. It is a good place for a few day vacation. The nearby restaurants were avarage, but In Ravenna you can find good places.

Nice place to stay with children! Pool is clean ,big enaugh,a lot of parasols and☝️private lifeguard 😍! Hotel is clean,the rooms are equipped with everything you need.

Quietness and on first floor, free parking on site with security gate.
Mosquitoes and numerous !!! bad nights sleeps!! had to get mossie sprays just to get a good nap!
kitchen facilities lacked proper smaller pans. No dishwashing liquid in the small kitchen. gave us shampoo to wash dishes!! Dirty balcony with dust all over.

great location and the pool was lovely and refreshing . staff recommended local pizzaria which was very good with an excellent Gelatia shop next door - super find ! the location amidst pine forests is stunning , the hotel is very dated but was clean and welcoming and like stepping back to the 70’s.
we were staying pre cruise and asked the hotel to book us a taxi to the port 10 mins away - the taxi they called completely ripped us off and charged €40 . this was a shame as a travel agent I would have hoped to recommend the hotel for pre-cruise stays.

Everything just perfect. Nice area, very helpful and very kind staff! Clean towels, bedclothes, proper staffed kitchen, comfortable beds, nice terrace furniture, washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave. Comfortable rooms, nice furnitures. I can offer this place for everyone with warm heart ❤️ ! Dogs are very welcome 🤗

Great location.
Some things in the apartment did not work or were broken. For example toilet seat was falling off. The electric stove worked partially (only 1 out of 4 heaters worked reliably). The apartment smelled like old mold. We think it was from the rarely/never cleaned air conditioning.
They provide only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 5 days for free. If you need more, you will be asked to pay for it..
