The house is really amazing. It is even better in reality than on the pictures presented on the internet. It was absolutely clean, the view is amazing and the whirlpool is fantastic. We would definitely recommend booking this house. You have an stunning look over the lake and Limone. We enjoyed our stay really. And even if the weather is not so good…you can have a good time at the house.

Lake Garda bliss

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay in the villa. The view was spectacular, the area quiet, the hot tub a welcome evening respite from the heat. Nicole was super-helpful, always available to answer our questions and provide insight into the area. The house was large enough for the five of us (teenagers & adults), and it was fantastic to have air-conditioned bedrooms. It is perhaps a bit far too walk into town, particularly in this summer's heat, but that was not a concern for us. We gladly took the view and the privacy. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would very much recommend this villa for anyone looking to stay in the Malcesine area.

Super Lage am Berg mit Blick auf den Gardasee, nahe am Centrum von Malcesine. Das Haus war sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr gut geeignet zum relaxen mit der Familie.

Super Ferienhaus mit genialem Blick auf den Gardasee

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nahezu an nichts. Beim Empfang waren schon einige Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank sowie Knabberzeug vorhanden, so dass man sich gleich wohl gefühlt hat. Außerdem sind die vorhandenen Geräte überwiegend hochwertig. Die Raumaufteilung ist ideal und die Räume strahlen Gemütlichkeit aus. Das einzige was meiner Frau gefehlt hat, war eine etwas dickerer Decke, da es in der Nacht doch schon etwas kühler war. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls wohlgefühlt, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist konnte er sich tagsüber frei bewegen. Falls man einmal Hilfe braucht war unsere Gastgeberin und Vermieterin Nicole jederzeit gut erreichbar und hat einen unterstützt. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in dieser schönen Lokation.

Tolles Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Ein wunderschöner Blick auf den See von der Terrasse und auch aus dem Jacussi. Nette und bemühte Vermieter, damit man den Urlaub genießen kann. Absolute Empfehlung.

Wer Wert auf eine top Aussicht (nahezu vom Süden bis nach Norden) und das auch aus einem Whirlpool (Hydro :-) legt, kommt an diesem Objekt schwer vorbei. Die Aussicht ist permanent grandios! Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich und jederzeit entsprechend bekannter Coronaregeln. Die Sauberkeit innen wie außen war ohne jegliche Beanstandung und Desinfektionsmittel stand zudem mehr als nötig zur Verfügung. Die Innenausstattung ist üppig, Töpfe, Besteck, Messer, usw. Es fehlt sich an nichts, außer einer Kaffeemaschine für jemanden der‘s braucht. Der Genießer drückt sich aber seinen Kaffee (selbst mit gebracht) und genießt diesen auf dieser tollen Terrasse. Ich könnte noch weiter schreiben, beende es aber einfach mal mit: sofort wieder :-) Mille Grazie a Nicole e a Max.
