About this villa rental
Villa Vista Montanha has been tastefully decorated villa, from the front door you enter into the porch which opens into the living area with dining table and seating for 6 people, TV, IPTV with BBC and ITV channels, along with a Vodafone Portuguese TV service, there is also DVD player, there is also wireless Fibre internet available.
From the living area there are two sets of patio doors leading out to the pool area with outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, Double Oven, fridge freezer & microwave along with all modern utensils.
There are two bedrooms one on the ground floor with a king size bed, this bedroom has the use of the full house bathroom with bath and overhead shower, the master bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed and there is a full bathroom with bath and overhead shower and the third bedroom is also located on the first floor with 2 single beds, these can be made together as a super king bed or left open as 2 single beds, there is a small balcony off from this bedroom, the ground floor bedroom and the master bedroom are both air-conditioned the twin bedroom has a fan available, there is a large back sun terrace on the top floor with great views over towards the Monchique Mountain and this gets late afternoon sun.
The pool is 8 x 4 meters and south east facing for all day sunshine. There is a new built in BBQ and bread oven by the pool. There is an enclosed back yard and off street parking. There are electric gates making the villa secure from the road.
There is a restaurant in the development over from the urbanisation called Jardim da Meia Praia, the 'Destinos' restaurant is open to the public and is great for those nights when you don't want to drive to the town.
The villa is situated in the small peaceful development of Vila do Infante, Calicas, above the Meia Praia, the Marina which is a few minutes drive away and offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.
The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also a few minutes drive or you can walk to it in approximately 15 minutes the Meia Praia beach offers a variety of water sport activities, there are also several beach bars and restaurants.
Palmares Golf course is only a few minutes by car, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are about a 5 to 20 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive.

Nearest restaurant: Just 5 minutes away on foot, The seasonal complex Jardim de Meia Praia has an on-site restaurant that is open all day, with a children's menu and play area.
Nearest beach: The beautiful white sands of the Meia Praia is also only a few minutes drive away, well supervised during the summer months there is a diverse array of restaurants and water sports.
