Our main reason to come to this area was to boat on Norfork Lake. This house was conveniently located to Tracy Ferry Marina, where we kept our boat for the two nights that we were here. The contact people at both places were very friendly and accommodating! The house was well stocked and comfortable. Great outdoor space also!

The exterior of the house was great and close to the lake. We rode a pontoon boat on the lake. Loved the deck and patio. It was also not far from Mountain Home where my youngest daughter lives. The house was large enough to accommodate most our family. The home also was comfortable to stay in. We just loved the layout of the house. We had a small gathering to celebrate our youngest grandson's birthday.

Good cabin. Expected it to be slightly more removed from other people, and it ended up being in a large plot sub-division type place. No fault of the listing, just the nature of it. Nearest neighborhood had conjoining back yard maybe 90 feet away. However at this season there was little to no interaction. Cabin was well stocked for cooking on site (dishes/pots&pans). Beds slept comfortably.

Located close to town and many things for the whole family to do. House was comfortable and spacious with lots of room to move around inside and out for our large family. Well stocked in all rooms and plenty of hot water in all areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for short lake trip. Plenty of space. Beds could have been better. Very uncomfortable mattresses. Would recommend for short 2 day visit.

This was our first time with a vrbo. We will definitely use it again. It was great to have our whole family under one roof. We made use of the puzzles, games, fire pit, patio, and grill. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of linens. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The house is beautiful. We had to contact the agent and ask if we could get the yard mowed, outside not kept up at all. Lots of spiders, inside and out, should be sprayed. The beds and pillows were awful. Not a one of us 7 people had a comfortable bed or good nights sleep.

We spent the week before Christmas with our whole family, and it was just the right setup for games, movie nights, and daytime hikes! The house is clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen appliances, and other necessary items. It has a cozy, “lodge” style feel, and they even had the place all decked out for Christmas! Really, it was just perfect.

Everything about this place was perfect! We shared with family for a weekend basketball tournament in the area and couldn’t have been more pleased. The home accommodated all 7 adults comfortably for the entire weekend. The home was decorated for Christmas giving us a festive atmosphere to enjoy by the fire. The weather didn’t allow for much time outside but we were able to use the gas grill for burgers on the covered patio out back. We found everything we needed in the cupboards to prepare our meals. We would definitely stay here again! Excellent!

The house was amazing! Great layout for everyone to gather in the kitchen, dining and living area! The bedrooms are big so the addtion of a playpen for little ones fit nicely! The kitchen is well equipped for anything on the menu! Air conditioning and water pressure for showers is fantastic!!! The house has made our top chart!!!

Norfolk lake was incredible. This home just topped it off for us. The home provided everything you could ever think of. The backyard was very peaceful and the interior of the home was very clean! We had an amazing time and will be back!!

We had a great time. House was amazing, beds where comfortable but a little noisy. Plenty of room for everyone. Woody the woodpecker woke us up one morning it was kind hilarious once we found out where the noise was coming from. Would definitely stay here again.

Lots of room, great location, comfortable. Needs a top to bottom thorough deep cleaning though. Lots of spiderwebs and dust and dirt on nearly every surface (lights, floors, trim, shower curtains). Kids socks were black each night. HOWEVER - would love to stay again if cleaned better.

This house is definitely a five star rental. Spotless and very well decorated. Surroundings made you feel at home and very comfortable. Owner provides everything you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free. The wooded setting and wildlife are an unexpected and pleasant experience. I give this house 5 stars. The only suggestion would be to replace the double mattress in the upstairs kids room (room with TV) as it is worn out. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.
