對外國人體驗一般，因為交通不便

房間裡設施一應俱全，有微波爐洗衣機電磁爐抽油煙機洗衣機（但洗衣機不能用）。外面步行很近就有吃的。洗手間燈光很好，化妝很舒適，照得人很美！陽台能見海景！

全自助入住，人工非常難找，booking上招呼了沒反應⋯不建議中國人普通旅遊住這⋯流量卡打不了電話，工作人員都找不到，酒店這沒有軟件也打不到車。沒有床頭櫃，有點不方便。洗澡水壓和溫度不行，溫度不穩定，水壓也很弱。機場接駁車只有早上有且需要電話給工作人員預約才會來。中國遊客務必要買帶電話功能的電話卡，或者開國際漫遊⋯最後，這裡沒有公共交通，去仁川機場只能打車，價格2w+ 。去仁川城裡要5w+。去inspire場館也比較遠。

Stay Far Away & Book Elsewhere…!!!

Cleanliness.

No personnel to help; fail to respond when contacted numerous times; no hot tub as advertised; no shuttle from the airport as advertised (only to the airport); deserted neighborhood (7-11 didn’t open until 11AM); washer in room didn’t work & with no one ever at the deserted front desk to help; the property NEVER answers the phone - because there’s no one operating the desk…EVER!!!

Excellent Hotel in great waterfront location.

Excellent location with wonderful water views. Really liked the balcony and option to have the door open (with insect shield) to enjoy the fresh ocean air. The room was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom immaculately clean. Excellent value for money. Self serve coffee machine in lobby was great. Check in and check out kiosk was very good with telephone assistance if needed. Lots of local restaurants located close to hotel.

No staff at check in - but we arrived late in the evening. Check in Kiosk was very convenient with telephone assistance if required. Check out was very easy with key drop off kiosk.

Nous avons adoré la chambre, car nous ne pensions pas qu'elle serait si bien équipé et spacieuse, même en ayant regardé les photos de l'établissement. Très belle surprise !

We had a very relaxing stay at Ocean Soleview.

The view from the balcony and the jacuzzi were amazing. The rooms were very stylish and bright. The bathroom contained a lot of little details like toothbrushes which were really nice surprises.

The last steps of the self check-in were in Korean although we started in English so we struggled a little and there was no one around to help. Other than that everything was nice.

No shuttle as advertised; had to pay for cab both ways. Ok hotel.

Great price, nice room

There is no shuttle. I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised hotel/airport shuttle. However after booking my nonrefundable room the hotel messaged to say the shuttle is only in the morning (after i messaged for over 3 hours asking where to get on the shuttle, with no replies). When I checked in after a $30 cab ride (hotel is not close) I asked about shuttle going back to the airport the next day and they said “No, No Space!” So i had to pay for the long cab ride again. Desk people were rude. Hotel is nice enough, but staff needs training. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

Wonderful place, just do your research. Book your taxi a day ahead.

I didn’t know what to expect as i booked it in a rush. And I LoVED it! I thought i walked into a kdrama apartment 😂 So clean! ( even ordered fried chicken delivered at the door!!!) It is a building with a few floor levels and there are other businesses in the same building. The floor where my room was are just all apartments. There is a convenience store nearby but it was raining hard so I didn’t bother. There is a couple bottle of water for you in the room and that tide me over for the night. BOOK YOUR TAXI TO GO BACK TO THE AIRPORT THE DAY BEFORE. It’s not easy to get one.

Not that I didn’t like it. I should have done my research and read more! It’s a self check in. You have to find the English option on the menu. I checked in around 6pm. No one was there to help but when i went around the corner where there are tables and vending machine, there is someone but she does not speak English. I did call out before that but she never let on that she was there. Good thing the head housekeeper arrived. Speaks great English. She helped me check in and later helped me order my fried chicken delivery. There’s a coffee place on the level below my room but they have already closed for the day. I have videos instead of photos so I can’t post it here :(

My room is overlooking to the ocean. In the morning I was feeding the seagull flying over the hotel terrace while I'm drinking coffee.

No breakfast serve. It's inconvenient for new guest doing personal registration without any staff assisting to room check in.

Superb

Very nice hotel located in a quiet area. There are some restaurants and coffee shops nearby and there are bus stops not far so it is easily to travel to other parts of the city. It is possible to leave the luggage before check-in time. The room was comfortable, well equipped and clean. The bed was very big. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was great. Next time we might choose one in Seoul, just to compare.

The hotel was located away from most things. View was great and it was quiet. Several good, but expensive, restaurants were close by. There is a history museum and Rail-car ride within a short walking distance.

The free airport shuttle only operates in the morning. I didn’t know this and chose the hotel because of the free shuttle. Our flight arrived at 3:30pm, so no shuttle. We had no easy choice but to hire a taxi.

Self Service Accommodation - Clean with nice views but a terrible parking situation.

Location was nice and view from the room was really nice. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants etc. in the area and it was pleasant to walk around the area at night. We booked last minute and were just looking for a room with a sea view as we spent the days on the beaches in Incheon and Muuido.

There were no staff available during the stay. Check in was self check in at a kiosk. There were multiple posters in the elevators with instructions as to how to deal with trash etc. The posters were different in each elevator. The elevators only served specific floors and were very slow. The trash situation was strange for a hotel. You had to purchase trash and food disposal bags at the 7-11 next door. All of the instructions were in Korean and were only displayed in 2 of the 3 elevators- it would have been nice to have the instructions provided in the room in English, or even provide the trash bags and charge a bit more for room rate. The 7-11 was closed when I went to purchase the bags, causing a delay in checking out. It felt more like self catering, self service accommodation than a hotel stay. The parking situation was chaotic. There were very few spaces available in the parking garage, cars were parked on the ramps and double parked. We were lucky to find a space.

Not really much. Maybee the view was not so bad. And there is a balcony in the room.

No english speaking staff. It was not possible to do a reservation for a taxi for next day by the staff. Elevator serve eather odd / even floors. Was pretty confusing. 2h early checkin extra cost of 22'000 Wong. The price for the room it self was not extra cheap.

The beautiful ocean view and variety restaurants around the hotel, comfortable walking area.

The windows of the room are locked in accident while i was on the balcony. No cellphone, no emergency bell, and 1 hour screaming for help in the middle of morning.

It was a pet friendly hotel and we had no issue with our dog

It was a pet friendly hotel and we had no issue with our dog. It's self check in and out so it was all very easy, especially for a foreigner in Korea these things can sometimes not go so smoothly. The room was pretty decent but not to big. We had a really nice view of the ocean and I'd recommend paying the extra 20K for it because the other side is a bit bare but whatever if you don't care.

Beautiful views in a quiet corner of Incheon.

The view was incredible! Even though it was a "half ocean" view. The balcony made a great place to sit, eat meals, and just slow down a little bit. And the area is still pretty quiet at night, so sleeping with the windows open, allowing some clean ocean air to come in, was very pleasant.

My girlfriend is a wheelchair user. When we first emailed the hotel and asked if there were any rooms that might be comfortable and convenient for us, they gave us the brush off, saying that the rooms probably wouldn't be able to fit us. So we instead had to scour the internet for as many pictures as we could get of the rooms (especially the bathrooms). We were able to make the room work, and it wound up being a very comfortable trip. It just would have been nice if we had had someone at the property willing to help us out in the first place, instead of thinking of us as a problem and just hoping we would go away. They're lucky it's such a beautiful, peaceful property!

Overall it was nice to have a nice night view of the sea over the balcony but i wish it was cleaner

The location was by the sea so we got the ocean view as mentioned in the name of the hotel, but the drive to the airport took about 20-30 minutes. I also liked the fact that it was quite and a little distant from the main area.

There was no breakfast avaiable and nowhere to really get food early in the morning. Also, the floor was sticky and the towels had a distinct smell.
