Very nice clean place,very up to date and relaxing would recommend highly!!!

We loved staying at the condo at Atlantic Beach! It was great for the whole family. There were six of us on this trip and the condo had plenty of room for us. The amenities are also fun for the family. You don’t need to bring any sports equipment. They have it all at the office. We loved the proximity to the beach, which was the best part.

Owner was easy to get in touch with and very nice. Unit was as expect.

The location of the property was very convenient to the beach. The staff was very friendly and they were knowledgeable of the property and surrounding area. I enjoyed my stay and I’m looking forward to visiting Atlantic Beach again.

I really loved the modern renovations and classy decor at this property. Heads up: pay attention to what amenities are/are not included in the rental. I didn’t read it through carefully and assumed shampoo/conditioner and a blow dryer would be provided and they weren’t. I purchased a blow dryer and left it in the apartment for future guests. I did give this feedback to the host and suggested he offer these amenities, but not sure if that will happen or not. This was not a deal breaker at all because the other positives were great. Another part of our family stayed in another unit in the same property and their unit was not even half as nice as this one we stayed in! The communication with the host was wonderful and prompt. The AC went out half way through our stay and he worked hard to find a company to replace it the following morning on a busy holiday week! Oh, and the pool is awesome! Would stay here again. Thanks!

The Place at The Beach resort was very nice, great beach front location and the condo had a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Very family friendly. Quiet and not a lot of traffic. Condo had all the amenities you'll need for your stay. Parking could be improved (spots are narrow), but we always had a place to park.

Having toddlers who loved the balcony, the neighbors on their balconies who were smoking was a concern. Also people overhead walking or running kept kids awake. This was no fault of yours. It was just things I hadn't considered when booking with little ones. Otherwise, the size and location were wonderful.

This was our families 2nd stay at this complex and 1st time in this unit. We have a family of 6 (four boys 1, 2, 6, and 7) and the unit was plenty big enough for all of us. My son, daughter-in-law, and 17 year old grandson and I spent a wonderful week in this great condo. Ashley Capp was terrific to work with--helpful and friendly e-mails prior to arrival as well as fast response to any concerns or needs during our stay. The ocean view from the deck and living room is fantastic!!! Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of everything and then some in the condo. Very homey feel and decorations are great. Super convenient to elevator, access to boardwalk to beach, indoor pool, and gas grills. We loved our week there and look forward to renting this condo again in the future. Thank you Ashely for everything!!

The unit was extremely clean and the communication with the owner was excellent!

This was our first trip to Atlantic Beach as a family and we loved it. Our 2.5yo couldn’t get enough of the water slide and the overall experience was incredibly enjoyable. The biggest perk for us was the proximity of our unit to the elevator/pool/boardwalk beach access. Wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to coming back!

I decided my two year old and I needed a little beach getaway during this pandemic. This place was the best! Very clean (although I did wipe down surfaces with disinfectant wipes), fully stocked with kitchen appliances, towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Both rooms were clean and the entire condo was decorated so cute! The location is perfect for social distancing. The resort did put a restriction on the indoor pool, but the outdoor pool seemed a little less enforced. With that being said, the other guests seemed to social distance on their own. And the beach access was PERFECT! There was so much space between where we sat and other groups. It was definitely a well needed getaway and very relaxing. I did see a couple of restaurants while driving in, but I brought food and just cooked in the condo to avoid eating out. There are plenty of stores, including a grocery store about 10 mins away. And last but not least, the owner was super nice! I tend to ask a lot of questions and she was very responsive and I didn't sense any attitude or annoyance in her responses (lol). I would definitely stay here again.

Nice property, close to the beach, and extra amenities are nice for a variety of interests in the group. Property was clean and good size for 5.
