Perfect accommodation in a perfect location

Everything about this place is perfect. The apartments are clean and well designed with everything you need for your stay (dishwasher, microwave, safety deposit box etc) and the facilities on site are excellent with 2 pools ( one child free ) and a lovely area to sit for eating and drinking. The complex is new so has some lovely touches such as key code entry, use of QR codes for ordering drinks etc and the quietest air conditioning units ever - we couldn't hear them when they were working. The staff are second to none - there were so many housekeeping staff looking after the place, those doing food and drinks were quick and friendly and the staff who work at the parent hotel 3 minutes walk away were always friendly and super helpful with local information, booking rides etc. The location is also perfect - only a 3 minute walk to the lakeside where you can swim and a 15 minute walk into the middle of Bardolino. A couple of restaurants are even closer if that is too far. You are also close to the main bus routes to get you along the lake if you need. A supermarket is only 5 minutes away for essentials. It may not be the cheapest place to stay, but if it matches your budget then I don't believe you will find a better place to stay in the area.

Tranquil, modern, clean and very friendly staff. A haven on the lake.

Lovely location, 15 min walk to town, 2 min walk to the lake. Very clean, spacious. Lovely pools, staff were really friendly and helpful. A clean and calm modern hotel.

No hair conditioner, but was not a major point

Excelent!!!!!

Everything was very well organised and the staff were supper friendly. The room was very comfortable and very clean (every day!!) and the location was just perfect, a short walk of say 10 minutes into the city which was on itself very enjoyable for us. The pool was great and the view superb. Was never a problem to get something to eat or drink although the menu was a bit limited for our taste.

a bit more choice of small meals/snacks and some other cocktails would be nice but not a must.

Clean and modern. Excellent facility. Lovely pool area.

Asked for an umbrella as the patio had no shelter in the mornings and therefore could not use the table and chairs as too hot. Was charged 10 per day for the umbrella which was bad given the amount we were paying for the accommodation ( was given some explanation about insurance blah blah ). Otherwise all was perfect.

Superb

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The flat was new, well equipped and with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good.

The balcony in the first flat we stayed in had too litle privacy to the neighbour flat. The second flat was though perfect.
