You will be staying in a 2-room apartment that measures 83 square meters and is located on the ground floor. The living/sleeping room is 38 square meters and features a double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), a wall-trunk bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), and a satellite TV with a flat screen and a DVD player. This room leads out to a balcony and a terrace. Additionally, there is a separate room measuring 18 square meters with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and a satellite TV with a flat screen, also providing access to the balcony.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette that has 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. The bathroom features a hydro massage bath and a WC (toilet). Other amenities include a washing machine, WiFi (free internet), and outdoor spaces such as a 12 square meter balcony and a 6 square meter roofed terrace with furniture for both areas. The apartment is designed to be wheelchair accessible, with barrier-free access to the apartment, balcony, stream, roof terrace, windows, doors, and bathroom.
