Pleasant, but should have seasonings for families who want to cook & extra trash bags

I loved that the location was within walking distance to the beach

No seasonings not even salt, pepper or oil. Also, did not have extra bags for trash

The location to the beach was fabulous and large pool was great!!!!

Paying for beach chairs. Bathrooms by pool got pretty dirty. I really didn't see staff walking around. Mattresses uncomfortable on bunk beds.

Beautiful spacious unit perfect for our family of 6

Love the spacious and beautiful room we stayed in. It was perfect for our family of 6! Big nice rooms and spacious bathrooms, living area and kitchen! We loved everything about this unit and will stay here every single time we come to Destin! The large patio was a plus! Highly recommend this unit

Comfortable, convenient and fun!

The location was perfect. Easy access to the beach and amazing pool.

Noise. You can hear every word the neighbors say. They did follow the quiet time though so didn’t prevent sleep.

Good location the bed was a bit lumpy, and we actually had nowhere to sit to eat our meals,

it was very convenient location and easy access to the beach.

It was kind of complicated to get into the room because apparently when you press the code, the door was sticking and you couldn’t get in right away.

The broken bed that’s not been fixed. They came to look at it and never fixed it. It’s a nice size place ! Loved it

Nice Place but Bad Electrical Outlets & No Response from Staff

Neat, clean space but did not appear as advertised. Promised an ocean view but got a park view. Photos featured a corner balcony on the water, but the condo only offered a tiny side balcony over a park.

Most of the electrical outlets did not work. Had to dry our hair in the kitchen. Had to unplug lamps to charge phones and laptops. Only a few of the remotes had batteries. Had to scavenge for batteries from remotes in other rooms. Staff did not respond once to any notificiation of these issues at the email address they provided.

The weather was not what we were expecting but we made the best of it and had a great time

Very clean and good location to beach, restaurants, activities.

Cleaning person came into our room while we were still in bed earlier in the week. Then walked out knocked on the door. Could not understand her she came back with someone else asking us when we were checking out. We were not due to checkout for 3 more days. I made you all aware of this via text and was advised someone would reach out to me and that never happened. It’s a nice place and clean facility someone walking in in unacceptable. Mistakes happen but probably need to make sure no one is in the room before entering. This was the only negative of our stay but I consider this to be something big that cleaning doesn’t know when we were to checkout That is

This was not the condo that was pictured on booking.com. I talked with the vacasa representative, Julie, and she has reached out because indeed it was totally misrepresented by booking.com. I would like a partial refund!

Passable

All the beds extremely uncomfortable. Hot tub behind the room did not work. There was so much chlorine in the pool ,hot tub that it bleached my bathing suit. We went to the other facility with the other tub and that was nice. We had some resident make us feel extremely unwelcome because " they pay for the facilities and dont like vacationers coming to their facilites". Not a pleasant experience.

It was still a fun vacation, just wish a few things were different.

Very close to the beach. Bed and couch were comfortable

Only 1 elevator worked. Planes flew over constantly. No coffee filters or anything for coffee.

this was a gated community, which made you feel safe for your vehicle and your stay. The property was very clean. The pools were great and the beach area was awesome.

only thing that you need to watch in the room was the floor connecting to the patio door. It’s a small wooden floor that was cracked/broken and if you stepped on it just right it killed your feet and the carpet was torn away from the wooden floor just a little though, that would be the only negative I have during stay

overall it was ok. I spent 1197.00 for 3 nights. This room was not worth the money.

location was good .

Room was outdated. mildewed and marks everywhere in master bedroom bath. Master bedroom door busted, needs to be replaced. Had to light candle to keep from smelling mildew. Couldn't use tub which was one of the reasons I got this room for jacuzzi tub.

This property blew my mind! Very beautiful The two-bedroom apartment was spacious. We loved the interior decoration. Our view was Sea view, and just beautiful. The staff had the place spotless. Everything I could have asked for. Check-in and out were very easy. I loved ❤️ it

Misleading pictures on website. It was not at all what I paid for. The property manager argued and argued lying each time on top of it.

We loved the view from the room. And the location was perfect, there was a lot to do near by. The beach was everything!

The mattress on one of the beds were rather stiff. The bathtub in the main bathroom didn't drain too well either.

I really went there expecting a better place ☹️

The hotel is a nice spot very close to the beach and a nice restaurant and supermarket. The swimming pool is very large and always comfortable to get in. The exterior of the hotel is amazing.

I was expecting more from the hotel. On the interior, the apartment needs some updates on the furniture. Also the cleaning was the worst part for us, the apartment was very dirty and it’s included the flooring, the dishes, the pillows and the sofa. The old tv on the living room was hard to turn on each time. The second bedroom, a queen bed is a old and cheap mattress like that one you grandpa have for more than 15 years. Destin is a beautiful place, but next time I will try to find other hotel.
