This cabin is a beautiful and comfortable home away from home. Whether you're drawn to the Ruidoso for the rich culture, top-notch slopes, the excitement of the racetrack, or just a relaxed getaway, this open concept cabin is sure to be the perfect home base.
Everything you need for a few days or a months' stay in this one level.
Effective Jan 1, 2024 we will longer be allowing pets.

Cabin's Amenities

Open concept living/dining room overlooked by well stocked kitchen.

Primary Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bath with walk in shower. Flat screen TV
Guest Room: King bed with flat screen TV
There is also a queen sofa sleeper and a queen Murphy bed. Spacious hall bath with tub/shower combination.

Ample closet space and dressers in both bedrooms.

Enjoy the deck, have a meal or just relax outside in the pines. In the fully stocked kitchen you can prepare a gourmet meal or grill steak outside on the grill.

We are NM Safe Certified and meet or exceed the recommendations required for the state of NM and CDC.

We stayed at this location last year and it was great so obviously when we were ready to return this year we were excited to stay at the same place. It is a great location and a beautiful cabin. We just love it! Thanks for a great place for us to make good memories ❤️

We loved the cabin! The cabin was super clean, spacious, very well stocked, and had a wonderful cozy feel. Quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. The hosts were great and immediately answered all of our questions. We look forward to booking it again as soon as possible.

Very beautiful and comfortable cabin. We really enjoyed our stay, perfect place to spend the holidays peacefully. The cabin had everything we needed, has a grocery store nearby, and is a short drive to downtown Ruidoso.

This is the third year we have stayed at the Rendevous Cabin. It is the perfect place for either two people or families. Plenty of seating in the living room and the fully equipped kitchen make it perfect. The king size beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable. It’s convenient to golf course and restaurants and get close enough to downtown if you want to do that without the noise. very quietly neighborhood with easy on site parking

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was just like the pictures. Everything was comfortable and clean. We throughly enjoyed our evenings out on the deck. We watched hummingbirds fight over the feeder. If your looking for a getaway place in the mountains this is what you are looking for.

The house was beautiful, clean, and cozy. We enjoyed ourselves after we got in. However, we had a difficult time getting in. The first contact I made , I received a code that expired in 15 minutes. We were in the middle of our golf round. I thought, no problem, I’ll just make contact again when we get to the house. I tried to reply to the first message. Nothing. No number to contact Mike and Linda on the letter, so we contacted VRBO. Finally, we got another code to get in after a very frustrating 30 minutes. Once we were in in, everything was great!

It was easy to see why the Rendezvous Cabin has such high ratings! It is very clean and comfortable. We felt at home immediately. The back deck was wonderful as we enjoyed the hummingbirds, elk, and the cool air! We sat out there a lot. It was also nice to have everything on one level. We will definitely be back next time we're in Ruidoso! Thanks.

Lovely home, very comfortable and every amenity you would ever need. The deck was so enjoyable with hummingbirds and great weather. We enjoyed watching the elk lounging outside the front door. We loved that the house had an alarm system. It was a perfect week. Thank you to our hosts for a perfect vacation.

We loved the cabin. My sister, cousin and I met in Ruidoso from different areas of the country. This home gave us a place to stay, relax and reconnect. It was well stocked and very comfortable. Everything worked as expected. Sitting on the deck first thing in the morning was so peaceful. And most mornings we had a visit from a beautiful deer in the front yard. Linda was very responsive to any questions or with any clarifications. I would definitely stay here again.

We brought the kids to Ruidoso to ski for spring break. The accommodations were perfect! Easy to find house close to grocery store and restaurants! Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Highly recommend this vacation spot! Thank you

All communication with Linda was easy and she responded very quickly. We were welcomed by the property manager, who let us in, and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the cabin. The two bedrooms are huge and with the Murphy bed in the sun room it easily slept the 5 adults in our party. The cabin was well kept and very clean. We really look forward to our next stay there.

We have booked this house two years in a row now and it has definitely become our happy place. Everything you could want is in this house. The fact that it is one level makes it perfect for anyone that is not happy climbing stairs. The deck off the back is the perfect place to spend hours reading or just watching the hummingbirds.

The cabin is perfect. It is very comfortable. My husband and I Ioved our stay. The deck was a great place to spend time reading and to enjoy the hummingbirds. Our dog was also very comfortable and we hardly heard the fireworks for the 4th of July. Escaping the noise was our motivation for the getaway. The neighborhood was nice. We would stay there again.

The cabin was better than expected. Plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen had everything needed plus more. Everything was clean and well kept. It looked like it was recently updated and remodeled. The location was out of the busy parts of town but close enough to get there. We enjoyed seeing the mule deer on a regular basis. We would definitely stay here again.
