This is our 4th year staying at this location and every year it does not disappoint. A great location perfect to walk to restaurants, shops and beach. Can't wait to book next year as well.

Thank you for opening up your property to us. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very clean with many useful amenities. We were able to walk to the coastal highway for dinner and breakfast easily. Also the walk to the beach was just as easy in the other direction. As it is January right now it was a little cold but my kids still went in the water. We were glad of the hose at the side of the unit and the access to a laundry room so we could wash the salt water out of their clothes. The only suggestion I have is to provide some tissues and more paper towels. It was very windy yesterday and we found that the air was dusty and we could have used some tissues as my kids were sneezing from the dust and sand blown around by the wind. Otherwise, we had a nice relaxing visit and plan on coming back in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay in CDM for my mom's birthday weekend! Loved the easy access to the beach areas, just a short walk through a lovely neighborhood, same for access to shops and restaurants. The property manager was so attentive and really went the extra mile when we had trouble entering the garage. She even reached out to remind us of the farmer's market that weekend. Super thoughtful! A little busy on the front street, but not overly noisy, and beachgoers are always happy and relaxed ;-) Having garage parking was a plus. Was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort, though there is only one bathroom, which wasn't clear in the description. In one part, it is described as having 1.5 bath. With four women, it was doable with the one bathroom for a weekend. Really a nice location, I will consider it on another visit, for sure! Thank you!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The location is fabulous, near restaurants, the beach and shopping. One should know that the street is fairly busy and the bed was soft as we read from some other reviews. It is very clean.

Overall a good experience and the garage is a plus. The place had all the amenities needed. The only thing is that the bed in the master bedroom is way to soft for my liking. If there ia contruction going in around the homes the trucks driving by can be a bit noisy. Other than that recommend it.

We travel frequently and have stayed at homes via VRBO and the similar services numerous times. We sometimes opted for hotels with "almost full kitchen" (no oven) when the (VRBO/similar services home) prices and conditions weren't good, or availability became very limited. With this home, I was very impressed with this home in terms of cleanliness (especially with shoes off policy, which I loved!), location, and kitchen was well-supplied (no gross scratched pans and pots, yay!) The hostess provided adequate dishwashing soap, new sponge, dish washer soap, paper towels, and toilet papers. This is definitely on my favorite list. Excellent hostess communication! I always appreciate communicating directly with hostess, who owns their home, not contracted through some management services with cookie cutter responses. Thank you, Jennifer, for providing such clean and warm home!

The property was exactly what we wanted for our long weekend. The location is great, as you can easily get to a variety of awesome beaches, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The unit is located in an amazing neighborhood with some seriously impressive homes, which were fun to see just walking around. It’s even not too far from Disneyland, which we also hit on our stay.
The host was professional and they provided everything that we needed at the unit. Having AC in the unit was a real luxury and it was perfect for our family of 5.

It’s the perfect spot for your beach experience. The beach is only 10 mins walking distance. The place is lowkey but not that lowkey if I make sense. The place has 1 bathroom with 2 rooms. There was only 4 of us and we loved it. Enough room for all of us.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is just a block from the beach and they provided everything you needed for the beach from chairs to kids beach toys. The property was very clean and had everything you needed for your vacation. Plenty of things to do close by. We even did Disneyland for the day. Perfect vacation spot
My husband, daughter, and I loved staying in this stylish and comfortable beach house. It is sparkling clean and very comfortable. When we arrived we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome basket of snacks which was appreciated after a long flight. We found every amenity in the house we could ask for. I found the parking spot in the garage especially useful as we never had to worry about parking. The owner was responsive and accommodating. The beds were soft and the linens luxurious. The location was the best. Less than a block from wonderful restaurants and a short block and a half to the cliff walk where we took regular walks overlooking a gorgeous beach. And then only a short little walk down hill to the beach. Corona Del Mar is a charming small town convenient to Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. We cannot wait to come back and hope to be lucky enough to stay in this property again.

Great property!
This is a great vacation rental. Close walk to the beach. Beautiful scenery. We went to the beach each day and used the boogie board, chairs, and umbrella. We didn't use the wagon because it is a step walk back up and it would've been too heavy for me to pull back up. Plenty of towels to use. We also barbecued and sat on the patio. It was perfect weather. Any of the small things I forgot to bring were there to use i.e. cooking oil, foil, blow dryer, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful and responsive host, fantastic location, walking distance to the beach in one direction, good shopping and restaurants in the other. This is a great place in a really quiet, safe, beautifully manicured neighborhood.
The unit itself is very clean, brightly lit, nicely decorated, roomy, with comfortable furniture and a good design. Most places we’ve stayed have at least a few little aggravating things, but this place did not! There were outlets right where you needed them and light switches right where you expected them to be, the decor was pretty but not in the way, and everything worked right the first time! It had everything our family needed for a week of cooking in. We even did some baking. We especially appreciated having nightstands, excellent lighting, and a widescreen TV in our master bedroom. All beds were comfy and had soft sheets and good pillows. Our teens were a little cramped in the bunk bed and the hot water took awhile to kick on each morning, but these were pretty trivial problems and we would certainly stay there again. The bathroom had plenty of towels and sturdy towel racks and good ventilation and light. The front patio and the garage were clean and uncluttered. We did not have a chance to use the BBQ or laundry. The internet access and streaming worked great.
I didn’t realize until we walked to the beach that most of Corona Del Mar is up on a cliff, so even though technically you are two blocks away you will need to walk a few more blocks down the shoreline to get to the steep public access road in order to actually reach the sand. This was not too bad, as the walk is only about 15 minutes, but was farther than I expected from the photo. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed it, and given the geography it is a prime location. The weather in January was perfect. Some spots we enjoyed within walking distance: Corona Del Mar Beach, Rendez Vouz Bakery, Sherman Library and Gardens, See’s Candies, and Bamboo Bistro. There is a pretty pedestrian bridge at Seaview and Goldenrod Street and it’s fun to stroll around the neighborhood to see all the gardens and patios and charming bungalow homes.

So close to everything. And parking is not an issue because it has a garage. Kitchen was stocked and they even had snacks for us. What a nice touch. The beds were so comfy that I didn’t miss my bed at home. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you for a fabulous family vacation!

Everything you could need in the best location!
We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything we could need for nightly stays and daily beach visits was provided. The beds were comfortable and I wish I knew where the towels provided were from, they were so soft!
We didn’t expected to need the laundry, but traveling with a young child meant we unexpectedly did and it was so nice to have that amenity.
I could also go on about the location, and how close it is to a breathtaking beach, my morning walks at home are dull in comparison now. We will definitely be back!!
