很舒適、很放鬆

三臥室的別墅很寬敞，房間內玩水或外面隨時可跳入水中，直接玩到睡前一刻。

離鬧區有一點距離，有接駁車但座位不夠。

Pleasant stay.

We had an overall good experience at the hotel. The friendly and helpful staff, as mentioned in other reviews, really made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was good, and we particularly enjoyed the Mooping, though the options weren't particularly special, with limited healthy choices and a sparse kid's menu. The private pool, unfortunately, was not as clean as expected, with sharp tiles and poorly maintained sealant. On the positive side, my daughter loved the kid's pool, and my dad and I had fun playing table tennis. Despite some minor issues, we had a pleasant stay.

Clean, comfortable with great staff; this is a genuine getaway.

Set in the middle of Pattaya, the location was quiet within a decent neighborhood with mainly new developments. When you arrive, you are met with dedicated staff, white glove treatment, and opulence. The grounds are clean and the rooms are surprisingly large. The pool areas are massive, with an nice selection of foods from two dedicated restaurants. Breakfast was included and of good quality. Walking around was quite the quiet surprise and the fitness facility was also good. Concierge was readily available and they made my stay extremely convenient. Great deal for the price.

There were some work being done near my suite during the day hours. It was distracting. Also, keep in mind if you have a suite that is below another, depending on how noisy your upstairs neighbors are, you will hear them walking, which did take away from some parts of the experience. I wish they would have given them another suite.

Все отлично. Персонал внимательный и дружелюбный. Кровать супер удобная. Завтраки разнообразные. Бассейн чистый. Все замечательно

Далековато от центра. Но есть бесплатный трансфер до торг центра и до пляжа. 3 раза в день. И маленькое неудобство лично для меня-низкие лежаки у бассейна. Человеку с больными ногами не удобно вставать. А в остальном все супер!

not feeling as welcome and helpful as last year.

I booked this hotel last year with a friend and i like the location close to wonder fruit and staffs are very helpful. This time i invited 14 friends to the same hotel but Our experience not as expected. Staffs are not very helpful, I forgot to bring a adaptor and as a 5 star hotel you dont provide while my room at 310 also don't have any USB plug... Super disappointment and inconvenient. I dont think next year we will come back again.

A Luxury Stay

The overall facilities worked well. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I stayed there for 2 nights and love it. I will go back there again when I have a chance.

My room is next to the pool. They played music at their pool bar on Saturday evening, so it might not be ideal if you want a quiet weekend stay.

الاقامة كانت بغرض الاسترخاء والترفيه فكان المكان مناسب جدا من حيد الفيلا المطلة مباشرة على المسبح وفترة البقاء في المسبح الى العاشرة مساء فكانت ممتعة للاطفال كما انه يوجد مكان للعب الاطفال والخدمة مميزة والمكان السبا مميز جدا كما انه قريب من بعض الحدائق مثل حديقة المليون صخرة وحديقة الدلافين وركوب الفيلة

في بعض الاوساخ في المسبح درج الفيلا الداخلي غير آمن للاطفال توجد به فتحات كبيرة ممكن للاطفال السقوط منها

A peaceful stay!!

We love every bit of what was offered to us.I would like to thanks their manager (I forgot the name of the lady) who did not charge us for duplicate booking. The peace and serenity were unmatchable.

There was no option of halal food in breakfast menue. Even at omlete station,pork was being served.So we were left with almost no choice to have something in breakfast. The location itself was not close to any restaurant. This might be disturbing for your Muslim customers.But honestly speaking,I knew all this before my stay, but since I want a couple of peaceful days during my vacations in Thailand therefore it did not bother me too much. There was a spider Web in the master bedroom near the vanity area, and my son also found a spider on the bed the second night of our stay.He killed it,not a big deal, that is why the same was not reported to the housekeeping.

A pleasant stay overall

I personally liked the peacefulness of the hotel, away from the busy city. The hotel was nicely built and renovated. The room with jacuzzi that I booked was big and clean.

I didn’t like that the shower’s water pressure was low.

beautiful hotel, wonderful staff will be back!

the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. the design is a little awkward in the bathroom and the switches a bit confusing but beautiful decor matching the theme of the location.

my location to the main Resturant and reception but they were very quick to send a golf cart to pick me up. I didn’t like my room location because it was in the 2nd floor and I have leg problems but they didn’t know and I didn’t know.
