Was a fantastic break

The House was immaculate and me and the girls had a wonderful stay, I would definitely return again. It was near the beach and a 10 minute walk to all the bars and restuarants.

Wonderful House, Fantastic Location, Super Attentive Owner 👌🏻

The house was stunning, so well equipped, particularly the kitchen! Fans in the bedrooms were an added bonus on a hot weekend. Location to the beach, local amenities and Broadstairs was fantastic. Communication from the owner and staff was second to none.

Great for family get togethers

Was fantastically equipped, every thing you needed was there . Sheila was only a phone call away if i had any concerns . Beautiful , clean , spacious house was fantastic for hosting my husband's 50th birthday get together

Exceptional

A lovely, large, and well-appointed house. Sheila was the consummate hostess, quick to respond to any questions. Ample parking, and a spacious garden, with great views out to sea.

The stay was for our knitting group's annual weekend away and the house suited us perfectly.

The property was well furnished and well stocked with everything that we needed in the kitchen. There was also plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware. The rooms were a great size and everywhere was lovely and clean and tidy. Sheila very helpfully accommodated our requests for an earlier check in and check out time.

An earlier check in and check out time as standard would be preferable but we understand this isn't always feasible,

Brilliant stay and excellent host. That’s all there is to say.

Location was excellent and the garden was amazing to relaxing in. The kitchen diner area was perfect for big family meals and cooking together.

Wish we had a longer stay :)

A peaceful family beach holiday in a house that is well set up for the enjoyment of all generations

Excellent location between centres of Broadstairs and Ramsgate. An owner who really cared about her guests and the way her property was presented.

It is difficult to be negative about a holiday home that was well presented and offered so much to the family

Wonderful holiday house by sandy beach

This is a very spacious and bright house which is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and equipped with everything a family could need for a holiday. Our daughters loved having their own sitting room with a very large TV, while our dog loved running around in the wonderful backgarden. Sheila, the host, is very nice and very obliging. She always dealt with our queries and requests promptly and was very helpful. We also liked the great location, close to a sandy beach and a dog-friendly park. We had a wonderful time in this property and plan to go there again.

There was nothing we didn't like about this property.

5* Perfect house, location and host

Absolutely beautiful house with sea views and every amenity you could ever need for kids and dogs. Beds are all comfy with soft, luxurious sheets and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need - we did a full roast and made various cakes. Perfect location with a dog friendly beach at the end of the road and several other beautiful bays for swimming/bodyboarding within 5-10 minutes drive. Sheila was a wonderful host, so friendly and on hand if we had any questions. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Location, Beautiful House

Great house with lots of space for everyone and two dogs. Very recently decorated and we loved the simple contemporary seaside theme. Everything we needed yet not stuffed with other peoples junk like some places. Perfect garden with super hammock and outdoor seating and entertaining area. The location by the park and sea views from the house in this quiet residential road with easy access to the centre via the promenade, made it a real winner.

Could do with another bathroom.
