In the colder months enjoy lower rates and less crowds with cross-country and backcountry skiing, winter hiking, winter biking, and shopping just a short distance away!

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund***
- Bookings canceled between 7 and 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund***
- Guests who cancel less than 7 days before check-in will receive no refund.
- Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

-Community pool availability is weather-dependent and managed solely by the neighborhood HOA. The pool is open from approximately late March-October, but varies by year. If pool access is important for your stay, we suggest confirming availability with Reservations before booking and/or altering your plans as necessary.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and spacious. We felt right at at home. The views were beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was a short drive to everything we needed. The staff we meet was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here for our future trips to Moab. Thanks for sharing you wonderful home with us.

The property was easy to find, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed having our whole group (40 people) next to each other with the pool right in the backyard. We loved the extra things included like the bikes and ping pong tables. The management was very helpful and immediately responsive if there was ever a need. Highly recommend.
