About this villa rental

High-end contemporary villa, 8 people, sea view, 10 x 5 m infinity pool and electrolysis, heated and pool cover, southern exposure, good quality WIFI with RJ sockets in the bedrooms and living room, air conditioning, large flowered terrace, 2 garages + car park, in the middle of nature on the hill of Mandelieu-Capitou, traditional village.
Villa with elevator 3 levels. Indoor non-smoking villa for the well-being of everyone. Animals not allowed.

Arrival at the villa: 5 p.m. / Departure: 9 a.m.

We had a great stay at this Villa. Isabelle was a fantastic host, so helpful and thoughtful with great touches in the house. Everything catered for, wine and water left for arrival. The house and pool are beautiful.

We had a wonderful two weeks at Roc Fleuri. The views are incredible, the villa is modern and clean and was a perfect base for us to relax and explore the local area. We had planned to explore more but the terrace and the views from the villa were so good that were happy to sit and relax in the evening and watch the lights come on across the valley below. When we did leave, we used local Ubers to travel into Cannes when needed which took 20-30 mins. Isabella was extremely helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything. Would thoroughly recommend!!

Fantastic villa beautiful views in all directions. We’ll set up villa with 2 master suites so ideal for 2 families of 4. Isabelle was a great host and communicated well. We had no issues with the villa and would rent again

Let me start by saying that the house is beautiful but the experience with our host was horrible. After our full payment and a week before we were scheduled to leave. I received an email from the host asking for a €1000 security deposit upon arrival. When I asked why this was not mentioned before and why it was not the through The VRBO site, she relented and said we wouldn’t have to pay the deposit. The first day we arrived I noticed a problem with the pool and I advised our host who said she would come to fix it. Later that afternoon, our doorbell rang and a man at the door asked to speak to me announcing that there was a problem. He proceeded to accuse us of damaging doors in the house. Completely confused about what he was talking about he showed us a small indent in one of the upstairs rooms. We told him we had not touched the doors. He told us we were liars and put me on the phone with my host who screamed and demanded payment for the door. The man finally left the home and my daughter in law remembered that when they were doing the tour she filmed the house and luckily she had time stamped proof that the damage that we were accused of causing, was there prior to our arrival. When I provided the proof to the host here only reaction was to question the time stamp. The entire thing felt like extortion. This house is not worth the aggravation of dealing with dishonest hosts.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour. La villa est très jolie, fonctionnelle et l’environnement calme. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et est très facilement joignable. Si je devais partager un point négatif je dirai que c’est dommage que l’on y trouve pas les produits de nécessité a l’arrivée, (pas de quoi se laver les mains ni se les essuyer, pas d’éponge ni sac poubelle). Propriété à loué sans hésiter!

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris de la villa . Très belle maison , tout confort avec une vue magnifique et de très belle prestation Le propriétaire est très à l écoute ainsi que le personnel ( Carina , le pisciniste ) . Merci encore nous ne gardons de très beau souvenirs
