About this apartment rental
Oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located at Sand Dwellers I complex. Private balcony with unobstructed ocean view to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktail. Public beach access is at the end of the condo complex, which also has an oceanfront pool for you to enjoy. Newly remodeled kitchen and updated bathrooms. The building has 4 units per building. This unit is on the second floor to give you the best view of the ocean.
We provide bed linens and towels!!!
Condo is well-kept and very clean! Master suite is equipped with a king bed, en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two double beds, flat screen TV and a full bathroom in the hallway. An additional flat screen TV is located in the living room. There is seating for 6 in the dining area and 4 stools for dining at the kitchen counter. The newly remodeled kitchen is generously stocked with all the high quality necessities to create your meals at the beach. There is also a washer & dryer in the condo. The condo complex also has an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from your time at the beach. To be able to stay connected to everyday life, wireless internet is available, as well as TV and other media streaming.

Our family of 4 had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The host, Jeff, was very responsive and pleasant in our interactions. The condo had easy access to the pool and beach, which were both clean and not overly crowded. We’ll definitely be looking to stay here again on future trips to OIB!

We had a wonderful week vacation. The condo was so beautiful. Updated and very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Loved having linens and towels provided. Made packing so much easier.So many great places close by as well. Can’t recommend enough. Hope to be back next summer!!

Lovely condo, lots of windows and lots of natural light. Everything looked new and it was very clean. Owner was easy to communicate with, and was very accessible. We are looking forward to returning later this year.

Got there tired after a long day and was surprised to find the beds all unmade with a note saying we had to do that ourselves. Never seen that before in 10 years of doing vacation rentals. Had to spend the next twenty minutes with tired screaming kids while I made up all three beds. Place was as advertised and great location otherwise! That just made for a crappy initial experience. I’m not the cleaning crew!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front condo was perfect for my husband, daughter, son-in-law, grandson, and I. It was very comfortable, charmingly decorated, and included all the necessities. The pool was located just a few steps from the condo, and we had beautiful views of the ocean, which was just a short walk away. The beach was gorgeous and uncrowded, and there were many restaurants just minutes away. We had a fabulous time and would love to stay here again!

This place was everything we would have hoped. Weather cooperated and it was off-season, so quieter than a few weeks ago, which is just what we like. Everything was updated, host was very responsive. Quiet end of the island. We loved it!!!!!

Great location at the beach with a view of the ocean. Very comfortable and with a nice beach decor. All the amenities that you would need for an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it. The owner, Jeff, was easy to communicate with.

Very nice and well managed. We thoroughly enjoyed the view and condo amenities. My only suggestion is to have the bed sheets installed before guest arrival as us older folks have gnarly fingers and bad backs. Thank you!

We were coming in for a bowling tournament, owner stayed on contact prior to our arrival so we knew if we could check in early, which we were able to! Pictures do not do this unit Justice, simply beautiful and comfortable and wonderful view! We would absolutely stay here again!

This property is all that is promised and more! Very clean, feels brand new, and super comfortable. Perfect location, just a short drive to shops and restaurants and very quiet. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the beach was clean and not too crowded. Exactly what we were looking for; we will definitely be back!

Great Condo on the Quiet End of Ocean Isle Beach
Yay! We loved our recent week’s stay at the Coast-A-While condo at OIB - very relaxing. I’m giving it 5 stars with a few notes (see below). This condo was spacious for our family of four, and a perfect location as we wanted to be close to other family staying in one of the Mega-Mansions, 3 blocks away. EZ checkin with the door code - and the owner Jeff was very responsive. The condo and the complex are very well maintained. The beach is expansive and the condo has easy beach access just a short walk past the pool to the left side of the property. We enjoyed the pool and other vacationers staying there were super-friendly. Our son had a great time surf fishing. The condo is so well equipped! You will be impressed at how enjoyable it is make your meals. The W/D are full size, bedrooms and baths are great, mattresses are super-comfy, no complaints. The DR seats 6 and the TV has SPECTRUM and a few streaming apps, which was nice. Thank you Jeff! We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo.
Notes:
1. The LR furniture could use some new cushions.
2. The landing to the condo front door entrance has two chairs to sit and drink your morning coffee looking at the ocean, but we did not consider it to be a balcony. Just something to consider if you like hanging out on an ocean front balcony.
3. The condo was exceptionally clean except that I must offer important advice to housekeeping: Please actually clean the floors! Walking around the condo in our bare feet, our feet got super-dirty. The floors had been vacuumed but definitely they had not been not mopped clean.

Great Getaway!
This was our second trip to Jeffs condo and it was even better then our first trip! Beautiful views, clean and modern condo and wonderful hosts. We'll definitely be back.

Jeff (the owner) was great to work with. Condo was just as listed. The walk to the beach is short and the pool is great. Condo has everything you could need for a weeks vacation. The downstairs neighbors are full time residents, and they were very accommodating to my family. We will be back.

Amazing Stay
The condo was gorgeous and right in the beach! We had a great view from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony. Steps from the beach access. The place was very clean and they provided linens, which was great! Wonderful owners! We will be staying again!!!

This condo was completely refurbished a couple of years ago, and on the inside it looks brand new with nice fixtures and a beautiful kitchen. Everyone that we bumped into there was nice. The only thing we couldn't find in the cupboards was a colander; everything else we could have ever needed was there. Jeff, the host, was very responsive to my notes before the trip, and the check-in and check-out were as easy as it gets.
Everything in the condo worked as new, and everything cleaned up easily. Hot water was almost instant, and there was plenty of it. The water in the shower wasn't the typical hard stuff I've experienced at other places. The ice maker made buckets of ice silently and quickly.
The walk to the beach wasn't just outside the back door, but it wasn't a big deal for us to use the walkway over the dunes that was right next to the complex. The location near the end of the island was great. No through traffic there, and at low tide there is a sand bar that becomes exposed and you can walk out on that.
We had a great time there and will likely come again when the time comes. It was so well managed that I asked the host if they managed additional properties. This is the only beach property that they list - too bad. Thank you, Jeff, for sharing this with us, and for making the experience so enjoyable for us. I highly recommend this rental given the price point. You won't find a better maintained place.

The property was wonderful. You can tell it was recently remodeled and well stocked. Super clean!! Beautiful paint colors and not obnoxious! The kitchen was stocked with all the basic needs. Not once did we need something in the kitchen that we couldn’t find. Only thing we needed our entire stay was a mirror in the bedroom. When 3 women trying to get ready for dinner the extra mirror would have been handy.
I think this end of the island is still recovering from the hurricane 2020. Sandbags still lined the beach and from what we could tell 2nd street was missing. Like the ocean moved way in and took out a 100 yards. Very interesting to see. It did make getting to the beach a bit of a hike. All the beach access points have stairs just a tid bit of info. Pack light!! Overall a delightful condo we enjoyed our stay.
