Nestled in Las Vegas Strip, this lovely condo for $119 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Summary: ★ Spectacular 180° Strip views from the 21st floor Balcony ★ Includes ALL AMENITIES : pools, gyms, valet parking, kitchenette, WiFi & TV, etc.. ★ Cleaning & disinfecting by a CDC-standard professional company. The Space: 550 sqf. suite with a King-size bed & all amenities : * Extra Queen-size sofa bed * Hi-speed WiFi * 42" widescreen TV * Air conditioner * Fridge & freezer * Complete kitchenette (microwave, stove, coffee machine, toaster, etc.) * Black-out drapes * Iron & board * Large safe Spacious marble bathroom with : * Whirlpool tub * Walk-in shower * Dual sink vanities * Bathroom TV * Hair dryer * Towels, shampoo & body wash The unit is cleaned and disinfected per CDC guidelines by professionals, before and after each guest. Guest Access: The Resort is the Signature at MGM Grand, with 3 towers connected by short walkways. The unit is in Tower 1, which is best for being closest to the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, with a pool, gym and Starbucks directly downstairs. The Resort is shared between a hotel and private units like ours. Booking with us is the best value, you actually get the featured unit and view, on top of fantastic Resort amenities with no Resort fee (saves $44 per day!) : * Valet parking * 3 MGM Signature Pools * Access to the MGM Grand pool and & Lazy River * 2 full gyms * 24h front desk & security * Luggage storage * On-site restaurant, bar, and Starbucks * 4 EV charging stations located in tower 2 Amazing central Strip location : * 5 min. walk to the Strip * 5 min. walk to MGM Grand hotel & casino * 5 min. walk to the MGM Grand pool, Lazy River & Wet Republic * 5 min. walk to Top Golf Building services (pools, gyms, valet service, self-parking garage, restaurants, etc.) can be subject to change in availability, operating hours, or other changes that are out of our control. Access to these third-party services is extended as a complementary courtesy, and are not sold as part of the listing. At check-in, the front desk will put an authorization on your credit card for an amount between $100-300 for incidental purchases (spa, room service, etc.). Great stay all around!! If you are arriving late at night you need to go to tower 2 to check in. It was all very easy!! If your feet get sore from all the walking, the monorail is very close for easy access to the strip. :)

Our entire stay and experience was perfect. Much fun and excitement all nearby.
The (enclosed/air conditioned)walkway from MGM Signature to MGM Grand took only about 5 minutes.
Definitely recommend vacationing in this condo.

Very nice property with close proximity to the strip. Great views and pool/hot tubs. Housekeeping could do better job and mattress needs replacing, but unit was all we expected and needed. We would definitely go back.

Top of the tower luxe!!!
We had a heck of a time getting a parking pass and didn't quite understand trash and towel service. We were there for 2 weeks and loved the suite! The kitchenette was a must when staying this long and the bathroom is over the top luxury!!!! I am designing a suite just like this at home now. Managers were awesome about communication and the view is fab!!!! Yep stay here!!!

Defiantly a 5 start. The place is wonderful and the view is breathtaking. You are close to everything. The owner reaches out and keeps in close contact. Couldn’t have been any better!!!

We booked this room several months ago and got an immediate response from the property manager. Check in went just as they had indicated and pictures were accurate. The room was perfect for 3 of us. Enjoyed the view from the balcony and having quick access to MGM Grand pools was fantastic! And, the walk to the strip was easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I have been to Las Vegas multiple time including twice during 4th of July. We decided that we wanted to go to Las Vegas during the 4th of July again this year. We like staying at the MGM Grand and was looking at our options and stumbled across the MGM Signature. I always knew it was there but knew it was more expensive. Well found this and thought I hit the jackpot (pun intended) haha
The communication was the BEST the day I booked. When we got there….. WOW best way to stay in Vegas!

The communication leading up to my trip was great. I was contacted and provided instructions on the the check-in process and what to expect upon arrival. I had additional questions which were promptly answered and I was ready to enjoy my brief get away. Check-in was a disaster! I was prepared with my ID, credit card and room number required for check-in. I was told that there was no reservation for my stay which I advised them was from March 29th to April 1st. The staff person was courteous and tried to be helpful by calling the phone number listed for the condo unit owner. They advised me to do the same which I did utilizing the number they provided in case I needed any assistance. I left a voicemail and sent a text explaining the problem. I also sent a message via the VRBO app. I showed the person checking me in the correspondence between myself and the owner confirming my reservation for for my stay. I was advised that a key would not be issued until the owner made contact with the property management. It took approximately 5 hours before I received a response from the cellphone number provided by the owner in the event that their assistance was needed. I received a message within a few hours from the owner’s assistant via the VRBO app stating they didn’t know why I wasn’t showing as registered and they would be contacting management to straighten the issue out. I ended up leaving and going out to eat and walking around in order to pass the time until it was worked out. The alternative was to loiter in the lobby and wait for a response from the owner. I understand that there can be errors made but the fact that the owner was not available to myself or building management for hours is unacceptable.To be fair the unit was clean and looked like the photo. The only other issue I had was that there was coffee and a maker but no cups. The Starbucks which is advertised as in the building is only open on Sat and Sunday so it was unavailable during my entire stay.

I rate this room of five star it was everything you could possibly ask for you really didn't even have to go out of your hotel for anything you had food , casino, bars and more and the best thing about it was you didn't even need a cab to take you anywhere you can walk right through the hotel and get straight to the strip

Great communication with manager, she was very attentive. We were a bit bummed that any perks to hotel like Starbucks, ice cream is not open. The check in was a long wait. The tub OMG...my favorite! The view was beautiful as well.

Nice but a long wale to anything
Very nice property. It is a bit far from the casino. The services are limited because of COVID. There is no cleaning service available during the stay in the cost as there is in the hotels. The cleaning and other fees should be built into the nightly amount instead of separate line items. The gym should have a Peleton or similar program bike

We enjoyed our stay at the MGM Signature. Everything as advertised! The valet service is awesome and the view from the balcony is out of this world. Location is close to just about everything don’t need to travel or walk too far to access the strip. Great service and hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again!
