There is one flight of stairs from the driveway into the home and then the property is single level living. The home features a large open kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances and a large island. With an open floor plan the kitchen opens up to the living room and dining room where you will find multiple couches, a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The dining area has seating for 6 guests. The home is set up with a functional floor plan and large, 500+sqft out living area off the living room. You will find multiple outdoor couches, chairs and umbrella along with panoramic Ocean Views. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet, flat screen tv and large bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has a Full Bed and twin bed. The second bedroom is located off the hall between the living room and second bedroom and has a large walk in closet. Your will also find a laundry room with on site washer and dryer, a back patio with outside shower and a two car garage. This two bedroom two bath home has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean from the deck, which has everything you need for a family barbecue. My husband and I visited Cayucos to see our son and his family who lived there. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and chatting while barbecuing ribs. The living room has a nice TV for viewing sports and the kitchen is very well appointed. The bathrooms are beautiful and spacious. There is a washer/dryer and outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. We highly recommend this property for your next day in Cayucos.

Our family really enjoyed the property! A little hiccup when we checked in but Ian and Mitchell handled the situation quickly and were so gracious! We enjoyed the sunsets on the lovely deck space. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was exactly what we needed. Downtown morro bay and cayucos were about a 5 min drive. Kids had a great time playing at the beach and we got to unwind. Would definitely stay here again, it had a full kitchen n gas range. We ate out during our stay so we didn’t cook. The upstairs balcony was perfect listening to the waves and enjoying the view. It was a great and comfortable stay.

I stayed at this house with my two kids, and it was perfect for us! Lots of space to spread out - making sure everyone had their own bed was important. The views of the ocean were amazing! I loved opening the slider to the patio and listening to the waves. They had everything we needed. The house is in a great location, just a few minutes to downtown and a short drive from Morro bay, San Simeon and cambria. We hope to be back!

The property was beautifully updated, with ample room to lounge. We got rained on but didnt mind it as the rental was so comfortable. The bath tub and showers were such a luxury and treat, spa-like.

My husband, daughter (15) and her friend stayed for a long weekend and just lived this home. Functional use of space, clean and cozy. Nice walk to beach (1/4 mile tops) and we walked daily to Cayucos (1.5 miles or so). Just a great location & house. Would definitely come back. Thank you.

We were here to celebrate Christmas with my son and his wife who live in nearby Los Osos. The house has a wonderful feel to it, was absolutely spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. Just open the windows and hear the waves! We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to the Central Coast!

Everything was as stated. Beautiful sunset, easy access to local cities & restaurants. The only thing I would change is the mattress in the master bedroom. It was to firm for me. But that being said it’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the ocean!

Spacious remodeled home. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. I’m not sure if it’s stated in the listing, but the couch has a pull out bed which was a nice & needed surprise. Less than a 5 min drive to Cayucos beach. Nice view of the ocean. My family will most definitely stay here in the future. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

The check in process was not very smooth. I made my reservation while traveling and wasn’t aware that I needed to sign a rental agreement and have sent back within 24 hrs, so when we arrived I had not received any check in instructions. I reached out to the host and within 15-20 mins, I received the check In instructions. The house was gorgeous!! Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms! Very clean and a perfectly decorated coastal home located in a quiet neighborhood nears shops, restaurants and most importantly…THE BEACH!! I would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to Central Coast with our 18 and 19 year old to attend a family reunion. The house was perfect for our family of four! Very clean, nicely decorated and plenty of space to hang out. Property manager was very communicative. We loved this house and wish we could have stayed longer.

We just loved staying at this property. It was clean and beautiful and decorated with such a fun beach theme. There was plenty of room for the four of us. There were even beautiful fresh flowers in the kitchen when we arrived. If I ever go back to Cayucos I will definitely stay here again.

This house is just as beautiful as the pictures. It was perfect for our family of 4. Two comfortable bedrooms and lots of space to spread out indoors and out. The outdoor space is really nice. The view is great. You can hear the sound of the ocean because of the way sound travels upward, so even though you're driving distance from the beach (not far at all) you still get a taste of that peaceful sound. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is wonderful. Everything is updated and working well--laundry, kitchen, outdoor shower...everything you might need. I particularly loved the shower in the master bath because when you look out the window you can see the ocean. I would love to come back here and stay again. The decor is absolutely beautiful, which was an added touch I really enjoyed.

My family enjoyed a lovely, rainy New Years week here. The property is very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Beds are very comfortable and it’s quiet for sleeping. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living areas are spacious and nicely decorated. It was a bit farther from the beach and central Cayucos than we expected but still a convenient location. Parking is easy. Great spot for a family.

This house is very well equipped for almost anything you'd like to do at home. If I wasn't on vacation, I might have used the kitchen more. We did have dinner in one night, opting to get a few frozen pizza's from Spencer's and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean when we got there, and the book on the table in the kitchen was very helpful. We loved the patio and made use of it every day. I think a lot of thought and care went into outfitting this house as a rental. My only problem was that a garage was listed as one of the amenities when I booked the property and yet when we got there we found this was not the case. In the end, it wasn't a big enough deal that it could overcome the excellent time we had there but it's something of note that is not quite right. We would love to stay there again sometime.

We had a wonderful time for our last family vacation before we head back to the grind of teaching and school life. The place is the best we have found for our family with 2 bathrooms and a beautiful view each morning. The patio was the perfect place to end our evenings
