Amazing! Loved every bit of it.

I liked everything about this property. Great staff, exceptionally clean, modern facilities and great location. Couldn’t fault it and wouldn’t want to. It’s a great hotel. Can even share streaming from your phone onto the TV. Great extra perk for those down times.

Séjour agréable, hôtel typique mais moderne et confortable

Très belle chambre, vaste et confortable. La décoration des chambres dans le thème cow-boy est sobre et moderne. Le balcon est un plus. Les parties communes de l'hôtel sont également agréables.

Located downtown, comfy bed, friendly staff, great breakfast with a change in menu each day.

I probably will look elsewhere the next time i come to stay in Bandera.

I thought the breakfast was really good and had a nice variety of offerings. I loved the fresh fruit compote and the toppings for the yogurt. coffee was great. I really liked that the motel provided a TV card listing the channels and a remote tv control that is easy to use. The sound reducing components to the room was very welcomed as i did not hear other room doors close.

I did not like that the Booking.com price was not honored upon check in. I understand adding the pet fee to the cost. But the room rate exceeded Booking. Com's price of $638.59. this included a 15% tax. I was quoted by two motel employees that my stay would cost a total of 811.00. I think it is ridiculous to allow the state, county and city to charge an occupancy tax per day on a pet. While Best Western states it is pet friendly, it really isn't when they charge extra every day plus taxes on an expensive overpriced room. The dog potty area is insufficient in size.

Perfect place for a stay in the Hill Country

Wonderful new hotel in the heart of Bandera! We were there for a funeral in Medina, TX and it was an easy commute. Staff was helpful and welcoming; room was just perfect - modern and so comfortable. 5+ stars

Good location and it was nice that there was an EV charger in the parking lot. Breakfast was basic but good.

The bathroom setup was not ideal. There is no separation between the bathroom and the entry way into the room. The bathroom is closed off from the rest of the room by a barn door, but the barn door in our room wouldn't stay closed. The shower only had a partial door which resulted in a lot of water getting on the floor. There was a rain shower head that could be turned on or off, but when turned off, it leaked cold water on the person showering.

Exceptional

The breakfast was a huge bonus! We have stayed in many hotels, and most breakfast are good, but this breakfast was AMAZING! The staff were so kind, like my husband said “this is what southern hospitality feels like” and he was right! The lady in charge of breakfast was so attentive, and very welcoming. If we ever come back to Bandera, this is definitely the place I will come back too!

The barn door was a little too loose, so every time we tried to close it it would open up slowly.

Special shout-out to Linda and her breakfast spread! Very nice lady making sure all of her guests have what they need in the morning!

The bathroom door was a sliding barn door contraption, sliding being the key word here. Very difficult and noisy to handle.
