Location is perfect. However the check in process was awful for us. The directions were there clear- but the device you get the keyfob from was not working. We had to call a different code for a different box to get the key- which had multiple keys in it. Making me this has been an issue for multiple people. We also had issues with the key fob working, it would after several tries- The unit was clean, laundry on site, all the necessary kitchen supplies to cook. The building was clean- only one time did we take the elevators around 7am to find someone/something peed in the elevator area. Whole Foods was a big bonus for our large group. Sleeping was also an issue- they did provide ear plugs and sound machines but this was not enough. Also, there is a huge McDonald’s flashing sign at all hrs of the night, so you will need an eye mask as well. The check-put process was equally frustrating. The check out instructions reference a box in the lobby to drop off your keys- it never existed. We looked for it daily. We called/emailed the night before around 5pm to handle this issue since we were flying out around 6am. No help. It took another call at 6am while loading up the car to figure out what to do with the keys- which results in a $250 fee if you don’t return them, with real direction on how to do is. Luckily there was a security guard I could drop them off with in the building.

Clean and as described condo. Very nice having Whole Foods market right next door. Uber's were very easy to get anytime of day or night. Only 15 minutes from airport, great location overall. Business professionals in town for 5 days, property was great.
