Bring the whole family, the family next door, the aunts and uncles... or just enjoy it all to yourself. Guys or Girls trip... you each get your own bed. Bring all your toys and safely store them in the oversize garage. Store your trailers at the back of the property. LOTS OF PARKING. The kitchen will satisfy the most particular gourmet cook. The temperpedic memory foam mattresses will allow a great nights sleep. Lots of room for everyone to stretch out. Enjoy grilling on the BBQ on the back patio. Enjoy the quiet and peaceful location.

Clean, well stocked, and comfortable home. Handled our group of 6 with no issues. Kitchen is well equipped for easy meal preparation. Short walk to downtown restaurants and gift shops. There are plenty of gas stations and grocery stores nearby to purchase provisions. We were happy to have an in-unit washer/dryer as we were traveling with 4 teens. I recommend this property to families traveling in Moab.

We really enjoyed our stay! My only caution would be that if you’re traveling with young children, you shouldn’t expect to put them in the top bunks. The mattresses leave gaps large enough for a little one’s head, and the ladders are not steadily anchored to the bunks. The owner was lovely; the location was unbeatable, and the apartment was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend.

We loved the new townhouse near everything downtown in Moab. We rode our bikes to the park, walked to get dinner and enjoyed early morning walks to grab coffee.

Great location: we walked to restaurants, cafes, bookstore and post office! There’s a little library right outside. The place: loved having a secure garage, comfortable and stylish furnishings, plenty of towels, plenty of dishes. There was even a pencil sharpener. We loved it.

My Niece and I stayed here for 2 nights. The property looks just like the listing and is in the heart of downtown. We got into town a little early and Deb was very accommodating and let us check in a bit early. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a fun place to stay in Moab that was close to downtown, walking trails, and fun for our two families to stay at. We enjoyed the big open living space and the beautiful large windows that let in so much natural light.

We loved everything about our stay. The unit was perfect. The garage was very useful and the unit layout was great for hanging out and cooking. The best way I can describe the accommodations was “thoughtful”. They had everything we needed, and more. My very picky husband gave his highest compliment by saying “I would stay here again”. We were there for a golf trip with some buddies. The place accommodated us well with all of the bunkbeds. The convenience of being one block from Main Street was really nice. We could walk most places we needed to. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Our group came for a sisters weekend and we LOVED our stay. The place is adorable, has a double car garage and extra (private) parking in the back. It is a block or so west of old town Moab which makes it a quick drive to hiking, the river, restaurants and shopping. The owners are great and cared about our experience (we were there during the flash floods and they brought us water!) We loved our stay and plan to come back.

Everything was very nice. The only complaint I have is ….I did not appreciate three random vehicles in the parking lot. Parking with trailers is tight when the people in unit B also has trailers. Why would three random vehicles be parked here every day and night, vehicles did not belong to us or the people in unit B.
