Here you can relax carefree. The newly renovated, approx. 105 m² large and lovingly furnished 4-room apartment in Eriskirch offers you the perfect vacation on Lake Constance.
The municipality of Eriskirch is located directly on the lake between Lindau and Friedrichshafen.
The apartment offers space for 6 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living/dining area (28 m²) with adjoining south-facing roof terrace (15 m²), a bright bathroom, separate toilet and a beautiful fitted kitchen. All living rooms and bedrooms have oak parquet flooring.
The kitchen, bathroom and WC are brightly tiled. All rooms have windows and shutters.
The apartment has everything a man, woman or family needs for the perfect vacation.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has the following electrical appliances: convection oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.. Pots, pans, crockery and glasses for 6 people are of course available.
6 bicycles are stored in the garage and can be used free of charge.
The bathroom has daylight (window).
A washing machine, shampoo, shower gel, etc. are also available.
On the large south-facing roof terrace, which is sunny all day from early morning until sunset, you have the opportunity to have a nice breakfast or lunch or dinner.
You can enjoy the perfect BBQ with your loved ones on the large WEBER grill or simply chill out on the sun lounger. A solar shower on the terrace provides a refreshing way to cool off.
If it's a little cooler in the evening, you can move into the large living/dining area. Here, a large dining table offers space for up to 6 people. The bedrooms (three in total) are equipped with queen or king-size beds (1 bed 160x200 cm, 2 beds 140x200 cm). This makes it possible to spend your vacation together with friends or 4 children. Dogs are welcome.
There are 6 bicycles available for a quick trip to the bakery or the lake. More bikes on request.
Bed linen, towels etc. are also available. Also the basic equipment in the kitchen (sugar, oils, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices).
A large LED flat screen TV, a stereo system with Bluetooth function and WLAN can also be used.
Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace. Please do not smoke in the apartment.
If you bring a dog, please do not use the garden as a dog toilet. There are enough open spaces or a few meters is also a beautiful forest where you can go for a walk with your beloved four-legged friend.
