We are a friendly family who designed our home to showcase new hospitality trends and provide comfortable environment for our guests ti test and being able to work as well.
We observe party ban policy - no parties or events.
You must be 25 to book our home.
WE CAN HOST ONLY DOGS ABD ALLOW MAXIMUM OF 2 per group.
The house is located in residential neighborhood and no noise is allowed after 10 pm.
The town of Hunter has Halloween curfew.
Our newly renovated modern chalet style home is located in the quiet wooded area 4.5 minutes drive from Hunter Mountain and 2.5 minutes drive from quaint streets of Tannersville and Hunter.

SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS:
Our home is located on a very quiet street in the wooded area. To provide a safe place to stay and to protect our guests and asserts we have motion activated recording surveillance cameras outside and inside the mud room prior to entering the house. The voice recording feature that camera comes with is switched off. You can ask us to put it on if you require our help to check in and do not have a cell phone. If our neighbors call after 10 pm and complain about noise we will activate the voice recording cameras to see if the complaint is valid and will reach out to you.
The cameras are installed at the following locations for multiple reasons: at driveway, overlooking staircase leading to main entrance, mudd room ( the room where guests leave shoes prior to entering the house , porch and grill, back of the house, hammocks area and overlooking the meadow at the back of the house with firepit.
ABOUT THE DESIGN INTENT:
We designed our house with love and care and did not spare resources to provide high quality amenities.
The design concept is the concept of multiple choice. We made sure that there are multiple areas to sit at with choices of surfaces to work at: dining table, kitchen countertop, desks at each bedroom, laptop c-shape tables and game table downstairs.
The kitchen is equipped with variety choices of serving dishes and dining supplies, coffee, teas, spices, condiments. The high end coffee machine provides you with the choice of making regular,cappuccino or espresso coffee.
There are multiple choices of bedrooms to stay at and outside areas like hammock, patio, sun room, firepit area to spend time at.
Each bathroom is equipped with European flexible shower as well as rainforest high pressure shower head, multiples choices of paraben and gluten free shampoos and conditioners. There is even a choice of mirror type: standard or electrified magnifying mirror.
If you like to read there is a galore of choices for you on multiple subjects, if you like to play table games our collection of puzzles and table games promises not be disappointing.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
80 per cent of residents on the street are full time residents so excessive noise and parties will not be tolerated. It is not an option to sit around the campfire and put a loud music on.

The lower floor does not need air conditioning it is always cool because it is slab on grade.
The upper floor has air conditioners at living room and each bedroom. In addition there are ceiling fans at two bedrooms.

Covid 19 influenced the way we furnished the house especially bedrooms where instead of chest of drawers we provided writing/computer desks and had the shelves built in a closet instead. This will allow long term guests to work in comfort.
The house offers 2 living rooms, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, deck with grill, mud room and sun room. There is a fire-pit area at the back of the house.
Three out of 6 bedrooms feature 12 custom built bunk beds that are twin XL (extra long) with wider staircase designed to be comfortable for grownups and not to be challenging for taller guests. Each bunk bed comes with personalized reading light with usb charger.
Each king and queen bedroom are accessorized with writing table, reading lights with WiFi and usb charger, writing desk and personal storage spec in closet.

Lovely Weekend in Tannersville
The home was so comfortable and beautiful! The kitchen contained everything needed to cook nice meals while we were there. The living and dining space were large enough to accommodate our large party. Their were plenty of bedrooms with luxurious beds and linens. The property is lovely and we did lots of walking through the pretty neighborhood. We loved our stay! Lyudmyla was always responsive and communicated often to ensure we were enjoying our stay.

Family Vacation
Amazing! The house was awesome! It was conveniently located next to Hunter Mountain and a short drive to Windham. It had all the amenities a big family needed, from shampoo and conditioner to cleaning products to games for the kids and adults to keep busy on a cold winter day! I would highly recommend! The host always kept in touch and always made sure we were comfortable.

Beautiful home, excellent host!
Lyudmyla is a wonderful host! She was so easy to communicate with, detailed, super responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The home itself is beautiful, well maintained, clean and well stocked for a group that likes to hang home, cook, play games and relax by a fire! We comfortably fit 14 people (6 adults and 8 kids). The bunk rooms are perfect for the kids. The home is priced higher than some, but Lyudmyla provided extra amenities for us throughout the stay at no additional cost that definitely made it worth it. We look forward to returning to this home again for our next ski trip to Hunter.

Unparalleled Stay!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house and the owner. The house was absolute perfection for our group of 6 adults and 7 kids. The most comfortable beds and great layout so the adults could hang on one floor and the kids another. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful and well Appointed Property
This was our second visit to this property for a ski weekend with 6 adults and 6 children. Plenty of space for all to relax. Kids loved the basement beanbags and the adults enjoyed upstairs. Host is attentive and welcoming.

Great place for a warm Thankgiving Stay
I want to express my sincere thanks to Lyudmyla and her hustband to let us rent their lovely house for this Thanksgiving holiday. It was a perfect place with a great ton of nice features: a nice fire place with a big chess board by the side; a stargazing room; a fully functional kitchen with all the tools you would need to cook a great thanksgiving meal; 6 bedrooms with 15 beds to host the whole group. And more importantly, lyudmyla is the nicest house keeper that I have met over all the past traveling experience who gave me a phone call to tell me all the fun things to try not only in her house but also around the areas. She was so kind to also let us to do early check-in at 9:00 AM on that day for us to fully enjoy the thanksgiving holiday. I really love this renting experimence and would recommend their place to everyone who are planning a trip for a big group for a short escape in a mountain around NY area.

Beautiful Stay in the Catskills
Loved, loved, loved this home. I rented this property for my sister’s bachelorette party and the group really enjoyed our stay. Very well designed and had all the amenities one would need in a rental home. It was also a joy to rent with Lyudmyla. As a host she is kind, responsive and provided a fantastic list of things to do and places to eat and drink in the area. Would love to stay here again and explore the Catskills more!

Especial Long Weekend
It was a very special weekend with my family and friends. The house as already mentioned in practically all reports will not disappoint anyone. Two-story house with everything you need and a decoration full of details, games on two floors to spend quality time. I want to mentioning Lyudmyla. I think it would be an honor to meet her in person, my wife and children were delighted with the education, respect and concern so that we could have a pleasant weekend. We will certainly return. 5-Star Luxury With The Comfort of Home
What can we say that hasn't already been said? This place is absolutely amazing! We had a short trip, but every single second was in the lap of luxury. From the roaring fireplaces to the comfort of the furniture to having everything at our fingertips to the sinfully luxurious beds to the ultimate shower experience, you cannot go wrong with this place. We started planning our return trip 30 min after walking through the house. Coming from Manhattan, this home is the retreat any city dweller needs. And as far as hosts go, you cannot get any better than the caring and attentive personality of Lyudmyla. She not only was gracious, she was so helpful with things to do in the hamlet, places to visit and took time out of her holiday weekend to make sure we were enjoying our stay and were comfortable. I've stayed at 4/5 start hotels in my travels, but this is the first place I decided would be a recurring retreat from the city. Looking forward to our return!

Beautiful and sparkling clean home
Our family of 7 enjoyed a weekend at this beautiful sparkling clean home. The space is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed a ski weekend at Windham and loved watching movies on the giant TV at night and making a fire. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with.

This home is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Feels like a multi-bedroom resort suite because it's uncluttered with personal and old items you find in some rental homes. Everything feels new and clean. The hostess, Lyudmyla, is honest, generous, and sincerely caring. She went out of her way to accommodate us in every way and even purchased humidifiers to enhance the comfort for our children. Highly recommended!

Fabulous House and Hosts
3 families with children ages 4-9 enjoyed a three day weekend at this home. The location is perfect for skiing at Hunter Mountain and close to town. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. Multiple bunk bed rooms and two lounging areas, perfect for adults and kids to have their own space. The hostess provided coffee/tea/extra towels. Highly recommend the property.

Amazing skiing weekend
We just came back from a wonderful weekend at the house. Lyudmyla was absolutely amazing - sweet, always available to answer all the questions. We were a group of five adults and three kids ages 5,7 and 12. The layout of this modern spacious house is perfect for kids, tons of games, family room downstairs has a large TV. Kitchen is well equipped for a very comfortable stay. We loved it so much that upon arrival home immediately booked it for the next weekend!

Best Accommodations that exist near Hunter Mountain
This property is fantastic for kids and the host was so welcoming, she even ordered a toy specifically for our kids that she knew they would like! The house was well equipped and very homey, we cooked up a storm and the open floorplan made it easy to watch the kids while cooking. Bathrooms and rooms were incredibly clean and we very much appreciated the unlimited firewood that we used to keep the home warm and cozy our entire trip!

It offers every amenity you can think of to be under one roof.There is a dream, fully-equipped kitchen with two ovens to accommodate cooking for large groups, top notch combination coffee with espresso and cappuccino maker, variety of other appliances, and wide choice of upscale glassware, utensils, and dinnerware. We miss both living rooms - comfy velvet and leather furniture, faux fur bean bags, and abundance of table games and legos. There was a huge TV screen downstairs with the nice fireplace - the best movie night. Each living room was equipped with Alexa system as well.My favorite place was the unusual sunroom with curved glass roof and comfy faux fur chairs. We absolutely loved using the telescope, which was thoughtfully placed there, to gaze at the stars at night.This home is not only beautiful but also exceptionally clean, which is very important during current times. The owner went over the enhanced cleaning protocol. It was definitely obvious how much care is going into cleaning because it was spotless. Having all sparkling white bedding and towels was comforting and pleasant.The days spent at Lyudmyla's home was an unforgettable getaway. Fantastic Experience - 5 star!
We had a fantastic experience in Lyudmyla's property in Tannersville. It is a very unique home and was perfect for our stay. We used the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, grille, glass sunroom and very comfortable living area. All bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy, stocked with everything you would need during your stay. There are even slippers for everyone on arrival. A very thoughtful and communicative host which led to a great experience. Highly recommended!!!

Our stay in the Catskills
The home in Tannersville that we stayed in was beautiful, clean, and modern. It had individual bunk beds which made it ideal for a large group of people. All of the appliances were up to date and clean. The house was spotless and the bed were extremely comfortable. The owner was very helpful in making suggestions for what to do when you visit Tannersville. I definitely recommend this property.

Amazing Hudson Valley Retreat
This is a great getaway for a group of any size. The house is thoughtfully designed everywhere you turn.
The kitchen has everything you could need. There’s two ovens to help speed up your dinner prep, all the necessary cooking utensils, every spice you could need, and a large outdoor grill for those amazing Hudson Valley steaks and veggies.
The dinning room has a large custom made dining table to dine and drink comfortably across from the wood burning fireplace (the fireplace is a great perk).
The living spaces are cozy with a number of board games and seating arrangements - both spaces upstairs and downstairs have fireplaces. The downstairs living room has a huge large screen TV for late night movies (there’s bean bags down there too!).
The bedrooms and bathrooms also don’t disappoint. The bathrooms are beautiful. There’s a variety of great shampoos and bodywashes provided in every bathroom. Towel warmers were also provided, which were great after using the rain shower. The master bedroom has wireless phone chargers (and the others have USB ports) which is also a nice perk.
All-in-all this was a great stay. The house feels like a luxury hotel, yet its cozy and well taken care of by the owner. When you’re there, don’t forget to take advantage of the sun room and the porch early morning and after dinner - take in the fresh HV air.
Finally, I just want to say Lyudmyla is always there to answer questions and provided us with numerous local activities. While we didn’t explore all of Catskills, we spent a lot of time in Hudson which has a number of great restaurants and I also recommend Art Omi and Olana state park.
