Aucun professionnalisme.
Dommage.

stay somewhere else
the compact renovated bathroom was well appointed. the shower space was good. the host, on asking if there was an ice cube tray for the freezer in the fridge gave me one. quiet but steep hilly area for getting anywhere by foot.
almost everything. firstly the hosts do not have the necessary temperament. polite, truthful, prompt, and engaged communication comes with the territory - these people have non of these skills. as an example: regarding truthfulness. the female, in a phone conversation when I had arrived, as I requested at 4pm and found no-one there, said a car parked in their address’ car parking space did not belong to her family ( she was “ confused” - so handy) and when eventually the male arrived ( 3hrs 40 minutes later) he told me it was his car. the Studio: it is a partially renovated tiny basement area which is dark ( Poor lighting), smells (little air flow) and a poorly equipped kitchen: no toaster, electric kettle, chopping board for food preparation…the bed was passable but again a tiny narrow space. on asking the male about things in the studio which didn’t appear to be working: he said in 6-7 years of letting no one else had issues- I looked up the reviews. there are plenty of complaints- the person who had water from above cascading down the window from the family patio above- I can relate to that, with no warning, floods of it for 15 minutes. I had to wait to leave as I was going out for ages until it stopped. also the studio door from the outset didn’t shut it lock as there is a power cord running out the doorway. when eventually the male came to look at under protest he fixed it… but everything is a chore for them and they make it very clear. here’s the keys and that’s it. while I was told to ask if there was a problem, I met with such a poor attitude when I did, I was made to feel as if I was imposing. The parking: other guests in reviews have commented on this: in my communication with the female I was lead to believe there was offstreet parking at the property. there is- but only the owners can use it. you must park your car on a narrow 2 way driving street and take you chances. overall, I strongly question that these people should be allowed to host on Booking.

A lovely stay.
It's a calm area with wonderful sights. As for the house, it's pretty decent and looks just like the photos.
