About this house rental
Completed in 2020. This modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath well appointed house is located within walking distance from downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry terminal. The bike path and bus line are just steps away from the house.
Amenities include all new high end stainless steel appliances, central A/C, ERV fresh air ventilation system, eco friendly LED lighting, 2 SMART TVs, WiFi, outdoor patio, grill and spacious outdoor shower. The property has off-street parking for 3 cars.
The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large island. The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room. There is also a full bath, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. In addition, there is a separated mudroom with washer and dryer.
The second floor has another full bath and two large bedrooms, each with its own thermostats. One bedroom includes a king bed, and a convertible couch that folds out to a twin bed. The other bedroom includes a queen bed. All bedding, linens, and towels are provided.
The basement is finished, air-conditioned, and has a sitting area with a large SMART TV, and an extra refrigerator.
Off the dining room, step out to the sunny patio with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. There is also a new shed to keep any bikes, or items you may want to lock up outside. In addition, there is a big outdoor shower to use as you wish.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, ice packs, and beach towels are included in the rental.

I cannot fault this property. It was beautiful inside and out, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. I had great communication with the owner before, during and after my stay. It was within walking distance to the ferry terminal, with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. A little haven of tranquility.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was perfectly situated to walk to Vineyard Haven, or to drive over to Oak Bluffs, Edgartown or anywhere down island. The house was clean, had everything we need, and the setup was perfect for our family of four plus my mother who was able to stay downstairs and have her own bathroom. Marianna, thanks for having us! Hopefully we will be back soon

My family of four stayed at this property and really enjoyed everything about it. The home itself is refreshingly well-maintained, everything was clean and it came fully stocked (from beach "stuff" to kitchen supplies to family games/activities). The host was extraordinarily attentive and very helpful (especially when we had internet connectivity issues she helped us resolve). Plus, the location was perfect for us - walking distance from downtown VH and very easy drive to everywhere else. We'll certainly be looking to stay here again when we're back in 2024!

It was a wonderful home and great place to stay. We walked, rode bikes and rode the bus wherever we wanted to go. The beach was not as close as we had thought, but it was very easy to get to other beaches. The home was the best at being fully stocked with anything we might need. The yard was great for eating and relaxing. The hostess was easily reachable and so helpful.

We spent the long weekend here as we were on island for a wedding. The location was perfect. We were within short walking distance to Vineyard Haven downtown shopping, dining and Ferry. My family and I stayed at the house (6 adults and one toddler) and we had the best time. We all were working throughout the week so we used the desk space upstairs, basement table and shed. The internet was strong enough to support all our calls. Plenty of parking space and super quick walk to downtown VH. We cooked, used the grill and went out to eat. Couldn’t ask for more - the hosts were responsive and attentive.

Wonderful stay
We loved staying at this house—the host is amazing—responsive without being intrusive (even found a favorite earring I’d lost and left behind and sent it to me) and the house itself is brand new. Great Location. Great House. Amazing Host.
My family and I rented the property for the last week of the summer in 2021 and had an amazing time. Marianna could not be a better host and made the process of checking in, staying and checking out amazingly seamless: the location is amazing and convenient to the ferry, beaches, downtown Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs. We also took a great bike ride as a family to the nearby Alpaca Farm and into Edgartown Center. I highly recommend this property for you MV vacation.

This house is new, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It also has a new washer and dryer, great bathrooms, towels, linens, shower essentials, black-out shades in the bedrooms, outside shower, great patio, grill...! Really convenient to Vineyard Haven by foot and parking for 2 cars if you're taking yours along. Marianna couldn't have been nicer or more responsive, we were so sad to leave! Thank you, Marianna!

Beautiful New and Immaculate Home - Walk to Town
We LOVED this house in Vineyard Haven. The house is new construction, and is incredibly well-built. It has a great floor plan with plenty of space. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The yard and outdoor shower were a big hit. Even though the road is somewhat busy, it was never an issue and we didn’t hear it at night. Also, our host, Marianna, was one of the best hosts we’ve worked with on VRBO. She is very responsive, proactive, and flexible. The house was a huge part of our family having a wonderful week on Martha’s Vineyard.

Family vacation
This was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. It was newly done I think last summer and it certainly feels that way. They used quality material for construction. And stocked with top notch kitchen applicances including Breville mixer and all clad pans. Layout of house is very thoughtful like each room has its own AC control. It’s on a busy street but it’s a convenient location - a 10 min walk from downtown and maybe 15 from the ferry itself. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and we would be interested in staying here again in the future!

Beautiful property! Everything is taken into account by the owner. Clean, modern and thoughtfully appointed. Traffic is a little noisy on edgartown road. The traffic intersection at the corner is really bad from the ferry traffic. Owner is communicative and easy to work with. I will visit again.

Amazing... is an Understatement!!!
This was by far the best vacation rental experience that I have ever had. Marianna’s place was missing NOTHING! She and her property manager Rick were right there for any questions that came up. The kitchen was fully stocked. Even down to seasoning, vinegar... I mean everything you could want. The place is beautifully decorated. There were beach chairs and towels and I think even a beach umbrella. The beds were very comfortable and the backyard and little guesthouse/ hang out Wes wonderful. Not one but TWO Private parking areas. And when you get there you will see that I’m absolutely not showcasing it all. Look... this place felt like home. It will be my home away from home on the island from now on! Thank you Marianna for a really great experience. :-)

We stayed at Marianna’s Sunnyside home while on a girls trip in May. The house was exactly as advertised, brand new and super clean. Marianna was very accommodating to our group, and the house was both comfortable and cozy … perfect for a rainy weekend on the vineyard!

We staying in April, off-season but had such a nice and relaxing time. The house was beautifully appointed and was as much a launching point for exploring MV as it was a warm and cozy point to relax and recharge. We hope to come back again soon

Kitchen was stalked with all the necessary utensils and needs for cooking. Location is walking distance to downtown. The only drawback is location on busy road, which was not an issue for my family, and was expected given proximity to downtown.
Marianna, the owner, was very welcoming. The bottle of wine and sparkling water were a very nice touch!
We will be back next year, and highly recommend others consider staying here!

We had an excellent stay at Marianna’s Sunnyside home. Marianna is a wonderful host who has thought of everything and is easily accessible. The house is new, impeccably clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including kitchen and grill items for the nights you might stay in. Beds were all super comfy with great quality linens. The house is also very convenient to town, the ferry, beaches, and exploring the rest of the island. We loved our stay and highly recommend!
