Our family of 12 adults and 7 children ages 2-11 stayed in the house last week. We had a wonderful time in spite of Hurricane Debby paying us a visit. The house was very comfortable for our size group and was well furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped so cooking was easy. In addition to the kitchen the rest of the house was equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, games, and pool toys. I highly recommend this property for any type group, all adults as well as families.

The property is everything it is advertised to be. The house was extremely CLEAN and well equipped for just about everything you need for a family vacation. Rena the property manager was so nice and helpful showing us all the house had to offer. The location of the property to activities and the beach is great for everyone to enjoy. The house is amazing. It is stocked well, super spacious, perfect for a large family and simply beautiful. We were close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants… Rena was so kind and helpful and very responsive. If at all possible, we will be back!!

House online is even better im person! Very clean, plenty of space and great amenities. Just a few minute walk to a beautiful beach and about a 1/2 mile walk to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. This place has everything you need. It’s our second time here and it is perfect. Everything is flawless from the time you check in to the time you leave. This is perfect for friends and or families. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and plenty of places for all to come together. They have a pool and hot tub and fun games as well.
We have corn hole and ping pong tournament's. The Biking trails, and the beach are within minutes. Rena the property manager is responsive to every question. The host checks in and makes sure everything is great.
Checkout is a breeze. They tell you what to do and how to leave everything.
I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

This 8 bedroom home has everything you need! The location is fantastic - quick walk to the beach and bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Kitchen is very well stocked. Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are private and roomy. The screened-in porch, hot tub and pool are great! The house was immaculate! Property managers were incredibly prompt, friendly and very helpful! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hilton Head! (We did not have children with us, but the bunk room was large. Plenty of additional space inside and out for the kids, including a ping pong table and extra TVs.)

Each year our extended family vacations together to the beach in Hilton Head. This is the second time for this particular vacation rental. It is awesome. Plenty of bedrooms for all. Spacious living areas and well stocked kitchen and house. Elevator was great for those of us with bad knees. Very short walk to the beach and close to Coligny Plaza. Pool and hot tub are great for the kids and adults. Overall a five star experience!

This house is fantastic. Lots of spaces to use for a large group. The kids thought it was the best ever, and the adults agreed. Access to beach was easy and just a very short walk. Owner was very informative about the house, and community - restaurants, outdoor activities, grocery, photographer, fishing charters. We cooked every meal except for two, and the kitchen was superbly outfitted. Pool was perfect. Prime location. - walking distance to shopping, restaurants, ice cream (!), and groceries. Loved the beach! All in all, one of the best family reunion trips ever!

Everything was perfect. From arrival until departure. We have an extremely large family and there was plenty of space and I didn’t feel like we were piled on top of each other. Very close to the beach and other areas of town or just a couple minutes away. Property manager met us upon arrival and showed us how everything worked. Overall wonderful experience.

We loved sunshine daydream- we had 20 family members ranging from grandparent's down to age 7- the house felt roomy. I love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The shops and beach were within walking distance or biking distance. The pool was large and warm. I would stay here again.I feel this house and location made this vacation the best we have been on.

We overall enjoyed our stay. Elevator broke on the last day as we were moving out which caused a few issues. Rena helped us troubleshoot the problem and we were able to get most of the items out. Great house which met our needs for a large family beach week.

Our large family vacation was wonderful at this property. Great layout, loved the screened in porch, which is uncommon in this neighborhood. Short walk from the beach. Lots of helpful accessories already at the property, including a wagon to take things to the beach, a pack and play, and several kitchen items that you don't often see (an immersion blender!). Property manager was highly communicative, but not intrusive. Great stay!

This property is AMAZING. We had several families coming in from OH, NC, SC & GA for a family celebration. This house was everything & more than we could have expected and we have rented in HHI many times. It is close to the beach. It has a pool and hot tub. It has ample room to hang out. We had 20 people staying in the house and we never felt like we were on top of one another. Also, the Property Mgr Rena was great!!! I would rent this house again!!

Our family has been gathering on HHI from all corners of the country for about 15 years. We have loved so many of the houses we’ve stayed in, but this one definitely suited us more perfectly than all the rest. We are usually at least 11 people, and often more. And as much as we love our time together, we love our own space too. This house has great gathering spaces combined with plenty of privacy in the eight bedrooms that all have their own bathroom. Plenty of TVs assure no one is arguing over what to watch and the outdoor space is fantastic and well laid out. The convenient location to beach & shopping is obviously ideal, too (North Forest Beach is our favorite location!) We already booked for next year!

We loved this house. We had 5 families, 19 people total and never felt crowded. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We overnighted two baby gates for the steps for the two little ones in our group to make it safer. The elevator was a huge help with luggage, groceries, and mobility issues. Only negative was that the pool side ice maker didn’t work and the kitchen fridge ice maker barely made ice too. On site property manager brought us some bags of ice though. Easy walk to the beach and all the beach equipment was a huge bonus. House was very clean and very spacious from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and the closets.

This place is so roomy. Plenty of space for all 8 of us ladies. We are friends that enjoy a yearly trip to golf and catch up. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Lots of places for us to get together for breakfast and lunches games and puzzles.

This place has everything you need. Hot tub, pool, beach chairs and towels for everyone. The ocean is less than 5 min walk.
All the tvs have Roku but there was so much to do we seldom turned on tv.
We had ping pong and corn hole competitions.
On arrival,Rena, the property manager showed us around and explained everything. She was incredibly prompt to answer every question we asked by text ! The owner Adam checked in as well.

Our family came together from all over the country and we had a magical week in this beautiful home! We had 9 adults and 3 kids and we still had empty bedrooms! This house is large, well appointed, clean, and in a wonderful location. We rented bikes and we were able to to bike to shopping, dining, attractions, and more! The walk to the beach was only about 3 easy minutes. Everyone in our party loved this home and its location. We hope to stay here as a family again!

Similar to our experience last spring break, 2023 was another extremely positive experience at the Sunshine Daydream house. The house remains in extraordinary condition with large bedrooms, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for 6 families (12 adults + 6 children ages 10-16). The pool and outdoor spaces are amazing allowing two separate TV viewing areas and plenty of entertainment (ping pong, cornhole, pool toys) provided by the owners. The walk to the beach is only 5 mins (couple blocks) and upon return a heated shower allows quick rinsing to maintain a sand-free outdoor living space. The on-premise elevator was an extra bonus for our parents that also stayed with us during our week!! Highly recommend the Sunshine Daydream home for a great week on HHI.

We come every year to Hilton Head as a family and this was by far our favorite. So close to town and beach. Owners made everything easy from start to finish. Everything was clean and new and loved the decor and beach vibe. The kids loved the bunk room and the pool and hot tub were perfect for everyday use. We didn’t need to go anywhere else! Def would recommend to any big family!

There were 17 of us! This home was amazing. As you walk into home the experience begins, A huge lower level with everything you could use for your pool experience. This home has plenty of chairs, ice machine, a full refrigerator, picnic table, two TVs, and a hot tub!! And you haven’t walked into the home yet! The kitchen was equipped with everything you would possibly need to make your meals. The furniture is gorgeous and big enough to fit our larger family.
The bedrooms were also comfortable in size having a bathroom attached to each room.
The owners provided extra beach chairs and even had extra beach towels just incase.
I know a minor thing for writing here, but all switches were labeled throughout entire home. No guessing! Minor, but so convenient in a home like this one.
It was nice having a property hostess available to answer any questions we had. We immediately made arrangements to come back next year since we had such a nice place to call “home” this past week.

Great Family Vacation
We've been traveling to HHI for 8 years for our family reunion with 3 generations and this house fit us perfectly. The location made it easy for the teenagers to bike to ice cream and head to the beach. The house was clean and the layout was perfect for our large group. Our favorite features were the screened in porch and the fantastic outside space with the pool and covered porch. The property manager responded promptly to our questions.
