Served it’s purpose if a little overpriced

Bright fresh and clean .

Disappointed at the trouble getting parking . Plus the idea of no TV at that price was not good .

Fully equipped apartment in a convenient location

The apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen, so had everything you could need! Even an oven, microwave and wine glasses. I liked that the coffee, tea, sugar and milk were all in packets which made the experience more hygienic and clean. The apartment was the perfect space for 2 people- easily accessible by code. The bedding and sheets felt fresh and clean. The location was close enough to everything but also away from the main roads, so it was quiet. We got to leave our suitcases in the hallway after. Lovely Airbnb experience and thank you to Maria for making it easy and enjoyable :)

All perfect a part from a broken toilet seat and we could not get the heating to work

Disappointing

Good decor, excellent towels, but with a longer stay, fresh linen would have been appreciated.

A proper TV that could have been watched without Amazon or Netflix. More cutlery would have been useful.

A relaxing hideaway for two.

It was a spacious studio with the kitchen and bathroom just off the main room. We loved being on the top floor as the view over the tops of the houses was charming. We are fit so the stairs were fine but could see others might find them a bit daunting every time they had to do them. The kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed. Water pressure was amazing which was a delight after a swim in the sea. The fan was a dream on those hot nights and aided us to have a good nights sleep.

The one criticism I would make is the position of the toilet. it’s right in the corner between the shower and the sink bit tricky to fit in the space to sit down. It was also a bit awkward getting up, I found holding on the sink was the best solution. It also would have been a nice touch if they had put a pint of fresh milk in the fridge rather than having the little one shot long life pods. We went out and bought a pint of milk from around the corner. At hotels I often ask to have a jug of fresh milk rather than the pods.

Cool, great location, trendy, exceptionally clean

Beautiful decor; very trendy but tranquil and modern vibe. We were right in the thick of it, but the windows shut out all noise. Excellent location for the beautiful Viking Bay (so many things to do and see). All dining around there is exceptional too. Chandos Apartments was located in a really pretty, cool and trnedy area. I could pop just downstairs for an excellent cup of coffee at the cafe there. The apartment was exceptionally clean and everything new. Loved the whole experience.

Nothing, I liked it all. Would stay here again for sure.

Fantastic location, the apartment had all that was needed for a two-night stay.

We found used contact lenses on the bathroom sink when we arrived. Curtains were thin and light was coming through in the morning.

It was relaxing, and comfortable, save for the dirty toilet and lack of curtains.

Both toilets were not brushed and i needed to clean them myself, not good at all. No toilet duck. No curtains, too much light in the morning.

Fantastic

The location was great, the apartment was clean and cosy. Easily accessible with great and responsibly priced parking on Chandos Square - Various restaurants near by, Chinese, Italian, American Grill, Fish and chips plus more! We felt like we were abroad! it was lovely. We will 1000% be back and for a longer stay!

I had a lovely 2 days in beautiful Broadstairs. Accommodation was spacious & in a good central location.

Nice, quaint, clean self catering apartment.

I loved how close the property was to local shops and eateries. the recommended Italian restaurant was spot on. the property was quaint and lovely. the bed so so comfortable. I have slept this good in a while. really enjoyed staying there

my property was on the 3rd floor so it was a bit of a climb for me but aside that, it was fine.

Convenient place to stay if you like to be in the centre of things.

very clean and central to town and the beach.

please take note of your reviews and put curtains up at the windows the blinds do not keep out the light. also perhaps a welcome pack with instruction s on how you use things would be nice.

Overpriced and badly designed.

Kitchen..satisfactory Decor...very nice for first impression Location..ok.. steep steps up to apartment Bed comfy..but tilted on one side.

TV not working..aparently for a while..could have been notified. Vertical blinds useless. No power points for customer use in main room except one by bed. Only other one was tv uses. Bathroom design impractical. No good if not tiny..shower was a trickle and either boiling or cold. A luggage rack would have been good as otherwise case is on floor..tiny cupboard only converted to a sort of wardrobe..but ineffective.

had a great stay, slept well - fantastic base to get out and explore what’s around

fantastic location, a stone’s throw from beach, shops and restaurants. very well decorated, fitted out and equipped. good amount of space for a short stay.

Superb

Amazingly clean, very spacious, lovely big kitchen, provided toiletries. Really amazing central location. Very quick to respond to queries even on day of check in.

Blinds were not dark enough and couldn't quite work out the heating! Otherwise fabulous.
