A beautiful place to relax! located in the center of Dallas Fort worth area. Approximately 3 minutes drive to major highway 360 and I-20; ~10 minutes drive to AT&T stadium; ~7 minutes to Arlington Parks Mall with famous and favorite chain restaurants; ~2 minutes drive to Joe Pool Lake. HOA community lake with pergola, swings, and benches to relax and fishing if desired. All essentials provided for guests to make it feels like home. host is always available and helpful when needed.

House is very spacious and had everything we needed. Easy to get to Arlington without all the traffic hassles. Only con was one of bedrooms was a little warm. But then again everyday we were there the temp outside was over 100 degrees.

The house was not cleaned. The shower in the master bedroom was dirty, there was either dirty or mold in the shower, the soap dish was dirty not just a small amount of dirt but the whole dish was dirty. As if it had not been cleaned in a long time. My sister had to plug up her machine she use to do her treatment and when we moved the couch there was a great deal of dirt behind there. The bottom of the toilet was not cleaned. There was hair in the face bowl.

Enjoyed our stay. House was really nice, clean, plenty of room for us. Beds were clean and comfortable. Just need more pans in kitchen.

The house was very nice . I was a bit confused about the number of rooms and beds but it all worked out . There is a large master bedroom suite and two very small bedrooms . The futon is actually the couch bed in the living room .

The house is outdated. Blinds either don't work or have slats missing. Oven and dishwasher did not work. Owner brought a counter oven but it was small. The kitchen was not stocked well with knives (none) and the one skillet was a joke. It's advertised as a three bedroom but one room ihas a mattress on the floor. Our third couple could not sleep on the floor or on the couches that are are old and lumpy. We split the cost of the house between two coples and the third couple made other arrangements. The yard was over grown and unkempt. Had an old wooden picnic table on the concrete slab with no shelter. The house was seriously uncomfortable!! We all left with our back hurting as the other two bedrooms had hard mattresses on bed frames (no box springs ) and the dinning room chairs were hard plastic that were uncomfortable to sit in for a meal much less gsmes. The glass table was on its last legs. Over all we were very disappointed with the property. First it was advertised pet friendly then four days after the refund date I received an email stating no pets please cancel. .Then the house was really uncomfortable.

The pictures do not do this property justice. It was extremely well stocked for extended stay guests. Will definitely stay and recommend again!!

We enjoyed this property while visiting the area for the Cowboys/Eagles game. We had a great time! The house was clean and comfortable. It was located within a few miles of the stadium, downtown area, etc. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Seven of us stayed here during a weekend conference in Dallas. Seven slept comfortably in shared beds and the pullout. There were plenty of supplies and amenities for us. The communication was easy and check in was simple. Access through the garage on a combination was perfect for our larger group. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall a nice place to stop and go daily while visiting the Dallas area. Odd smell noted in garage and inside the house had 12 plug-in air fresheners that was a bit much. Upon arrival we discovered cleaning supplies that were left out throughout the house and in tubs/showers which seemed unusual. Beds were comfortable, yet the basic amenities within the space were limited.

Quiet neighborhood, close to where we needed to go. Easy check in and check out. Two bedroom "suites" was just what we needed. Only issue we had was there were too many fragrance plug-ins for us. We will definitely stay again if this is available when we travel to Dallas.

The house was very spacious and centrally located for our visit with family. Entry on arrival was a breeze. Our only complaints were that the beds weren't very comfortable and the house itself was neat, but not as clean as we would have liked.

Couldn’t ask for a better place!! Listing was accurate, amenities were better as expected.. have every essential that is needed and more.. a home away from home .. from comfortable beds to clean bathrooms, fridge, lots of towels, simple needs like dishwashing soap, essentials for showering , just being own shampoo.. spacious living rooms, had Netflix programmed already, fast internet.. even had coffee, sugar and creamer for coffee maker… garage was spacious, our 2 cars fit well..felt safe ..we had 7 in the group, 6 adults and 1 child.. will definitely come back and refer to friends and family!! Gave it 5 🌟 , only thing was Saturday night, think neighbors were partying till 2 am and they were a little loud .. still giving it 5 stars!! Thank you !!

We stayed 1 night at this property while we were in town to watch a game at Globe Life park. Our party consisted of my 2 sons (16 and 21), parents in law, my wife and me. The home was recently renovated. It looks better in person than it does in the photos. All furniture, appliances, fixtures are new. It’s located in a nice neighborhood and conveniently near places to eat and shop. Globe Life park/Six Flags/AT&T Stadium are about a 15 min drive. Love field is about 25 min away. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We stayed at Nhung's house over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. Nhung was very responsive with communication and when we had an issue turning on one of the showers, she had someone drop by to quickly fix the issue within 30 minutes (and this was Christmas Eve!). Overall a great experience! Definitely recommend.
