Our condo overlooks the beautiful property's back pool and is just steps to the beach! This property has a total of two pools and a hot tub to enjoy. Accommodations where very nice and up to date. The unit was very clean, as well as the property and pools. In the heart of the beach are and bars and restaurants. Everything is walking distance. Owner communicated well.

Great complex, pools were wonderful, hot tub was too hot. One elevator per 6 units meant you never waited for it. Parking and storage were sufficient and easy to access. Too bad there weren’t beach chairs, they’re kinda hard to fly with. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants and bars and stores. Loved the patio, spent quite a bit of time there including eating, we even used the grill (propane included). The dishwasher didn't work properly and the garbage disposal needs a new rubber gasket. A second and/or larger garbage can in the kitchen would be better and there were absolutely no cleaning products? One tiny sponge to clean with! and they want you to clean while you’re there 🤔. Overall great place to spend with family, met lots of other nice families while we were there.

The accommodations were as advertised. Plenty of room but was surprised not to find any beach towels or hair dryer. Having the option of the pool or beach was nice. Being able to walk to most places was great. Due to an event happening in the area at the time of our stay we decided to leave a few days earlier than expected. The host was very accommodating and helpful with the process. I would certainly remember this place for the future but choose not to go during spring break.

Love the location! So close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Very comfy king size beds. Loved the corner unit and the size of the balcony! We loved that we had a grill! We will definitely stay here again.

Condo was very nice… Brittany was very nice and responded quickly to questions. It was a bummer that there were no supplies. Ran low on paper towel and garbage bags and it would be nice to have a small thing of laundry detergent . But location was great and the space overall was great for family.

We loved the condo at Brass Rail. It is in such a great location, close to everything! The hot tub was working this year, so that was a big plus, especially after the Polar Plunge! We didn’t realize how dead the town would be after Jan. 1.. lots of places closed for season, but we still had a great time! We will be back!

Brittney is very responsive and helpful with any questions. The storage closet has wagons and umbrellas to use at beach which was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Lots to see and do!

The condo was very clean, included linens and towels, decorated nicely, and in a convenient location. The pool was amazing also. The only negative was that there was no Blackstone Grill as pictured. We had an entire Hibachi night planned and brought along cooking supplies for it. We were disappointed by the regular gas grill.

We went for a mom’s weekend away and had a fabulous time despite having less than ideal weather. The owner was quick to respond and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Also walking distance to many amenities in the area. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay ! The unit was very clean, comfortable and close to the beach and restaurants. The restaurants were very busy with long wait times. This was hard to manage with youngsters in the group. So my only suggestion to this lovely property is to have some baking utensils in the unit. There was nice cookware for the stove but none for the oven. I would return to this unit again!

My family and I had the best time during our stay at this condo! Very spacious. Perfect location. We walked/biked everywhere. Lots of storage space in the secure garage. All necessary details clearly communicated. Thank you for allowing us to stay and for a memorable trip to Tybee!

The property was very clean and in a great location. Very nice that bathroom soaps, various spices for cooking, and various beach equipment were all provided. Only two complaints: 1) There was only one television; 2) The king bed in the 2nd bedroom was uncomfortable, possibly board support underneath needed fixing in the middle? We all enjoyed the amenities and would recommend to anyone staying in the Tybee area.

This is our third time visiting Tybee. This was our 1st time booking with Brittany. Every thing was as it was listed. Very spacious condo. Great washing machine and dryer. Everything was I working order. Very clean plenty of towels and a stocked kitchen. Ice make in the freezer was an added bonus. Wonderful corner unit with a great balcony. Walked everywhere we needed to go. Perfect location. Can't wait to come back and book this exact condo! 5+ Stars!! Thanks Brittany!!

The condo was fantastic, had everything we needed. The balcony was amazing. Everything was located within a block or so, very convenient. The only complaints I have is that the outdoor hot tub wasn't working & the elevator was hit and miss.

The condo was very clean and very comfy and has nice big beds! It was very clean and well-maintained and the balcony is awesome - we spent most of our time out there! The blinds on the living room door did fall down when we tried to lower them the first night, but since we were on the 3rd floor, it was not an issue. It looked like they had fallen before and someone had tried to put them back. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a few more bath towels and dishes - otherwise, it was perfect!

Loved that it was a corner unit, inabled us to do a lot of people watching. Also gave the ones in our party who didn't want to get wet to watch us crazy ones who did get wet. It was very close to all the restaurants, shops and bars.

This property was perfectly located near everything in Tybee. The place was incredibly clean and comfortable. I would say the photos didn’t do it justice! My friends and I really enjoyed our time here for a bachelorette weekend.

Stayed for a few days over spring break. The owner was very good with communication. Condo was huge and very nice - great having views of both pool and street (fun people watching). Close to everything. We had great meals at Bernie’s!! Highly recommend.

We were completely satisfied with all aspects of this condo. It is in a great location; easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops with the bike rental place right next door. Convenient parking next to elevator that takes you to the door, or the steps if you prefer. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and the whole place was spotless. We enjoyed our time exploring Tybee and Savannah!

We stayed here for my sister getting married. It was great location, extremely clean. Master suite is Wonderful!! I did have a bit of a challenge in the evening/night with being loud outside. But this was not a huge issue and plus it’s because I have really young children. And it was quite by 10-11pm.😊 we would definitely come back again. My husband loved the location to the main road and within walking distance of everything.
