While it is located within walking distance to famous restaurants, bars and entertainment options, the condo itself is a quiet retreat that has everything you need for a perfect vacation, getaway or that special celebration.
This bright and sunny residence features high ceilings, spacious rooms, additional sleeping arrangements all around the condo including a twin bed in the hallway and 2 sofa beds in the living room. There is a TV in every room and high-end appliances so that you can find comfort all at the same time. Moreover, the condo has a large outdoor pool for your enjoyment.

• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this house in New Orleans and the close proximity to all of the things that we wanted to see and do while there. This street side parking was sufficient for both of our vehicles. The house was as pictured with plenty of room and beds for all eight of us and room for everyone to have their own spaces.
Unfortunately, during our stay we realized that the house had not been completely cleaned from the previous tenants as we found remnants of snacks and other debris under the tables and around the floors throughout the house. The toilet paper holders in the bathrooms were not there and there were just the stubs of the mounts left attached to the side of the cabinets. Maintenance did respond quickly and resolved the one issue that we did bring up which was greatly appreciated.
Overall we enjoyed our stay found the accommodations nice, up to date and comfortable.

The property was located in a great place. Easy to get to other neighborhoods and felt safe walking around the area. The pool was a must-have for the 3 year old in our group and he loved swimming each day! The online pictures were accurate; while most of the property was clean, the floors were incredibly dirty. We typically take our shoes off at the front door, but ended up wearing shoes inside. The floors were so dirty our bare feet and socks were almost black in color.

The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you would need for your stay. I was highly impressed by the safety of the property including plenty of lighting and secure entrance. The location is key as it’s half block to St Charles and many restaurants. It’s also very close to the all attractions New Orleans has to offer. I am a local now living in Mississippi and it was a wonderful experience vacationing with family there for several days.

The kitchen was huge, plenty of sitting areas. The rooms were just as advertised. However within one day of us being there the living room television stop working. Guess it had something to do with the antenna. But you do have working tvs in the other rooms. The pool was ok. Kinda of small and very cold but that may have been due to weather. I recommend this property, just check television upon arrival.

Great Place!
We traveled with my family to visit the WW2 museum. It is a great place to stay and is a 8 minute walk to the museum. Very clean and spacious and the courtyard is great. My son and I had a great time playing on the large chess set! Definitely would recommend.

Great option in a good location
We really enjoyed our stay at this airbnb and had plenty of space for our group of 6 to be really comfy. Overall it looked better in person than it even did online. We did notice that the floors were really dirty as our socks all got really dirty on day 1. One of the doors also didn't have a lock on it which was a little uncomfortable since we didn't know the neighborhood. I would also recommend they add some blankets as we were freezing and only had extra sheets.
All of that being said, it worked out well for our group and we would stay again.
