THE HOME
This stunning new construction vacation home features an open concept floor plan with a beautiful, high end kitchen with quartzite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a huge island with bar seating for 4. The chef’s kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need to cook an amazing meal. It features an under-counter beverage fridge, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, regular drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, toaster oven, food processor, platters and serving dishes, dishes, utensils, brand new cookware, and much more. This custom designed and well-equipped kitchen is perfectly suited to all your needs!
The dining area comfortably seats 10 adults at the table, in addition to the seating for 4 at the large island. The dining and kitchen area are open to the spacious living area, with soaring vaulted ceilings. This beautifully designed room overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with views out of every window.
There is ample outdoor living space with not only a huge porch with rocking chairs, and a dining table which seats 6, but also an additional living area underneath the house. The downstairs outdoor living area features another dining table with seating for 5, as well as a seating area with a couch, two swivel club chairs, and a coffee table. Enjoy your evening cocktail downstairs while watching the sunset and grilling on the gas grill. Beginning in May, 2024 we will have a pool ready for you to soak in after enjoying a nice day at the beach. Pool heating available October through March for an additional daily fee. Spa and pool will be heated for an additional fee upon request.
Your group will appreciate having 5 BEDROOMS and 4 BATHROOMS in this very special Waveland vacation home. There are 4 King Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs. The two king bedrooms to the right side of the house share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The first bedroom on the left is the master with a private bath, and the second bedroom on the left has shared access to the hall bath. Upstairs you will find that the 5th bedroom is a large bunk room with an en suite bathroom. The bunk room features three extra-long twin bunks and three queen beds. Additionally, the bunk room has a day bed that can be used for additional sleeping space. The window from the bunk room overlooks the marsh behind the house, where you can commonly spot bald eagles perched in the trees eating their fresh catch in the morning.
Every room has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable and functional, as well as beautiful. Each bedroom features a smart TV that also has cable. For your convenience, you’ll find a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
We pride ourselves on keeping this home immaculately clean and well updated. We have considered every detail to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. pool with spa in the back of the house. Temps were high and flies in full force during our stay, limiting our time in the pool, but we were able to beat the heat in the gulf waters. Shallow waters allowed the kids to have fun & explore without worrying the parents. We traveled to New Orleans (about one hour drive) for a day trip; went on a fishing excursion in Gulf Port (30 minutes drive) and caught black tip & hammerhead shark, sea catfish & trout & redfish; and spent the rest of the time at the property - meals, games, Olympics watching :), and sleeping (comfy beds!). We reached out to the owner a few times, and she was very prompt to reply & very helpful! One note of caution - the VRBO ad mentions the property has an elevator… be aware this is a cargo lift for groceries and luggage, not intended for people. Overall, great property, great location, great host!

My friends and I had THE BEST time at this house!!! We rented it for a chill bachelorette weekend and it was just that. The amenities of the pool at the house and beach right across the street were perfect for a real 'choose your own adventure' weekend. Not to mention the proximity to town for anything you would possibly need last minute. I cant suggest booking this house enough!!!

This property proved to be a great find. The private beach made it so simple to get kids and paraphernalia easily in place for a day of fun in the sand. This section of the gulf has beautiful sand and shallow waters, making it perfect for little ones. The house itself was perfectly arranged for everyone's privacy, with plenty of bathrooms and well insulated rooms for restful sleep. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a large group and had lots of dining options. We took advantage of the shops and eateries in Bay St Louis nearby and took a day to head over to New Orleans for a quick visit. The opening of the new pool right before our arrival was a special treat. The whole family (7 adults and 4 kids) throughly enjoyed themselves and hope to return in the future.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed in this home over Spring Break. The house was laid out perfectly for our group. We really loved the private beach just across the street. Beds were extremely comfortable and home was very clean. Just a 10 minute drive to restaurants and shops in Bay St Louis. We also enjoyed being able to walk down the coast on the walking path. Owner was very responsive when we needed to contact her. Highly recommend this property!

The property had an amazing view and the home is beautiful. The bunk beds were great for larger groups. The stairwell up was higher than I thought, but there is a lift if you needed it for luggage. The checkout rules were a little confusing but I think we figured it out. It was a great place for big groups near the beach.

We are a group of women (family & friends) that get together for a weekend every December to go somewhere and look at Christmas lights. This year we decided to go see the Harbor Lights Festival in Gulfport and we rented this wonderful house. Several of us have stayed here before and really loved the accommodations. This is a lovely house and the owners are very nice and responsive to any questions. We will definitely be returning!

I will admit that I am a bit of a vacation rental connoisseur, but this experience was not exactly what I bargained for especially for the price point. The layout of the home is appealing, it is well appointed, and has lots of amenities. Bedding and towels were good quality. The issue for me was the fact that the rental is listed as being immaculately clean, but I walked into visible dirt. (Fridge, toilets, carpet in a couple of the rooms with visible dirt present, oven spill that caused a smoky mess when we turned the oven on, dishwasher full of dishes for us to unload) There were no gross oversights, but enough for me to feel uncomfortable. The host was responsive and offered to have the cleaning lady return the next day. If the word immaculate is used in the listing, I at least expect clean.

There were 6 of us. This house is beautiful! Plenty of space for everyone. 4 large bedrooms on the first floor, every bedroom is a master! The up stairs floor is very spacious with 3 queens and a twin bunk over each and an extra daybed.

This property was fantastic for our extended family trip. The house was beautiful with lots of light and fantastic views of the beach. The open-concept kitchen and living area had plenty of space and was a comfortable area for our large group to eat and hang out. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The four large bedrooms on the main floor were all spacious with comfortable king size beds and adjoining bathrooms. It made us feel like we all were getting great rooms instead of the usual conundrum of “Who gets the nice room this trip?”. The bunk room was also a fun and comfortable space although the bathroom was somewhat small for the number of people it accommodates. We enjoyed the spacious deck and spent most mornings drinking coffee, rocking in the rockers, and enjoying the view. Despite the heat and humidity, the near constant ocean breeze made sitting outside on the deck comfortable. The beach was immediately across the street and was very quiet, most days we had it all to ourselves. The property is an easy 1 hour drive to New Orleans and a short 10 minute drive to Bay St. Louis where we enjoyed the restaurants and shops. One drawback of the property is that the stairs required to reach the house are steep and lengthy and would be a significant challenge to anyone with mobility issues. The luggage lift is a lifesaver, but there is no way for guests to avoid climbing the 28 or so stairs. Still I would definitely recommend this property.

This house is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The cargo lift was a wonderful amenity for hauling up our luggage and groceries. The stairs are no joke so the lift was a huge help, for sure!
The location was perfect for our trip. My son’s 21st birthday was coming up and he wanted to celebrate in New Orleans. We chose this house because it looked so peaceful and was only an hour (or less, depending on how you drive) away from New Orleans. I didn’t want to stay overnight in New Orleans because a long stay in a bustling city is not my vibe. The house is also close to casinos and other forms of entertainment. The beach is right across the street so it took no time at all to get our toes in the sand (which was at the top my personal to-do list).
It was so refreshing to wake up early, pour my coffee, and sit in a rocking chair on the large front porch to watch the sunrise. I did this every morning during our stay and each sunrise did not disappoint.
My only complaint is the grill, but I’ll start with the positives first. There was plenty of propane (2 tanks) and the grill worked well enough to cook six steaks. The house was equipped with grilling utensils and platters to get the job done. The negative, however, is that the grill was far from clean and there were no tools to clean it ourselves. We searched for a steel brush or something but didn’t find anything. We ended up using a ball of foil to clean the grates. The side burner—which we did not use—had grease or some kind of dirty liquid all around it. The cleaning crew obviously missed this one detail.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this house and our stay and certainly would not count the grill as a deal breaker should we decide to stay again.

The owners of this property have thought of everything and provide a resort level experience for family gatherings or retreats. The kitchen is well equipped for large meals, crab boils plus the home has an outdoor grill and 2 outdoor eating areas. The bedding was ultra comfy and the room darkening shades on the bedroom windows guaranteed sleeping in an extra hour or two. Our family/friends tribe loved it and highly recommend renting this VRBO.

The home is exactly as pictured and described. It is an excellent location and a short 10 minutes drive to restaurants and shopping.
We had to get in touch with the owner regarding a question and Heidi was quick to respond and to resolve a small issue that was out of her control (Lovebug Season).
There is an elevator for supplies and luggage but not for people. There are several steps so renters must be able to climb. This is clearly stated in the description of the home along with photos of the stairway.

This was a great spot to gather for our family! The beach and water across the road from the house was super easy for littles to play in! Great location near Bay St. Louis, easy drives to Gulfport, Biloxi, and NOLA! The house had everything we needed for a week’s stay! LOVED the breezes (and especially the rocking chairs) on the front porch! Very peaceful. I would stay in this property again!

Property was just as listed. Beautiful place! Even our littles (3 & 5) were impressed. They said it was the best vaca house ever and we agreed. We had the beach to ourselves most days and only a 5 minute ride to some really good restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked for the days we wanted to cook. I am sure we will be back. The littles said so.

Very helpful in letting us know about checking in and rules/policies for the house. Very good selection of stocked kitchen utensils and amenities. Beach never had hardly anyone on it in front of the house. Had a great time.

A Little Off the Beaten Path
Our family loved our stay at this beach house. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves (In July) and great weather. The shallow water beach went out for a couple of hundred yards which was perfect for the 2- two year old toddlers we had with us! The house had great bedding and the open kitchen/great room design was perfect for family time. Evenings on the large balcony were delightful!
