Disappointing stay

The hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year— murky, dirty… the whole swimming pool area smelled bad.

Best of our week-long vacation.

Breakfast was good, with numerous options. We loved our room!

This ended up being our second nights stay. There ended up being an hour-long wait outside due to a fire in the room, across and down one from our room. Evidently, a candle had been lit and left burning, prompting the alarm and sprinklers to go off. My wife and I have both been in management positions in the past, and we felt that, given the circumstances, your manager and team did a great job handling this situation. All this being said, we would not hesitate in the slightest, to stay here again, and hope to do so again in the future. Kudos to your manager and staff ( some of whom were family volunteers helping out)!!!

Nice but very loud traffic

It is a newer, nice kitchenette with really good beds.

They didn't tell us the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs, and we were locked into the reservation, so we couldn't change them. We we're also on the noisy side of the hotel and wanted to move to the back, but they wouldn't do that for us.

On the second day of our stay we received a knock at the door. It was housekeeping telling us that the 3rd floor carpets needed to be cleaned today. And we had to leave our room for a few hrs or the afternoon. When I book the room I was never informed prior that the carpets were going to be cleaned They should not have rented a room on the 3rd floor . I placed a call to the front desk asking for a different room they said there were none available in the entire facility that were the same as ours which was a queen double suite. We did find a piece of paper that was pushed from under the door as we were getting our stuff together to leave for the afternoon. Only piece of paper it was stated that the carpets were going to be cleaned and that we needed to be flexible with the hotel .

Easy access, friendly and prompt staff, early breakfast & coffee - my boyfriend rises daily @ 430am!

I appreciate that it's pet friendly...however, And I have commented on this previously, that there really needs to be a designated section for pets to use the potty. Also in the room the bathroom door lock and keyhole was broken consequently it did not feel as private as it should have once you were in the bathroom. These types of repairs should be maintained and promptly.

Location of facility, centrally located to all activities we accessed. Breakfast, coffee and staff all outstanding.

I don't mind pets in the hotel, which I never saw for the most part except when we were entering and leaving the building at the rear entrance there was dog poop right by the door and then smeared down the sidewalk. Consequently probably tracked into the building and onto the carpet..yuk. perhaps you would consider a specific fenced-in area for pets to do their business and that would remind owners to clean up after their pets.

The room was great. Lots of space and kitchenette was nice to have with small children.

Really wish the pool could have been a little warmer. The kids wanted to go swimming, but it was too cold for the 1-year-old.

Great room, lousy amenities.

We were upgraded to a huge room with kitchenette. It is one of the best rooms I’ve been in.

Hot tub needs to be drained and refilled. Lots of flowing flecks. Heat was good. Pool wasn’t warm enough to enjoy. Throw some balls in for fun. Breakfast was typical in that it was glutinous and non fibrous. Exercise room equipment ALL out of order…

Delightful room, would stay again.

Large rooms, small kitchenette, large bathroom, plenty of room to move around.price was comparable to our other stays but much nicer than the other hotels.
