Upon entry to the home you will be greeted warmly by a nice open area room where the family can both get their days started and end them together. The exterior of the home is completed with an amazing side deck, which hosts a gas grill and a glass outdoor table for your morning coffee enjoyment. The fenced in back yard serves as the perfect spot for your post beach recap! Wash away the sand and salt in the. outdoor shower or lay out and take a nap in the hammock after the sun has drained you of all energy.

This lovely beach house is in the perfect location for vacationers who'd like the opportunity to explore the entirety of Cape Cod! Eastham is in reaching distance (20 miles) to Provincetown, not having to dedicate an entire day of your vacation to get there and back. It is also close enough to Chatham (16 miles) and. all the other Cape Towns and Main Streets that you can truly do and go wherever you desire. One of the main attractions of the Outer Cape Is the Beachcomber Bar and Restaurant, only 5.5 miles away! The best locations this home is near also include the Wellfleet Drive in Movie Theatre, Cape Cod Bike Path, Arnolds Restaurant and Bar and the fact that it also has Beach Access Via the Bike Path which allows guests to circumvent route 6 all together

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
