When we arrived, we took our shoes off at the front door. Within the first hour, we all started, noticing our bare feet, or our stocking feet were filthy. The floors had not been mopped, in who knows how long I contacted the office and they said someone would come over at 12 the next day and clean. no one showed up until 5 PM as we were just leaving to go to dinner. The person I spoke with in the office stated we would get some money back due to the cleanliness or lack of, but no one has contacted me as of yet. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay.

Tastefully furnished condo that had fun swimming pools and waterpark. Very clean, safe, and an enjoyable family reunion for our family! We all had a great time!

Enjoyable Stay
We enjoyed our time in this unit. It had a great bunk room for kids, a nice outdoor gas bbq, awesome 12-person kitchen table, ping pong in the garage, decent proximity to one of the pools and a nice rec/bonus room on the 2nd floor.
Things we were disappointed in include a few broken items including balcony couch arm (wicker has completely ripped away) and couches in the main living room (only noticeable when reclined, so property management may not even know), carpets are very worn in several places and in need of replacement, lack of game system for kids (XBOX, Playstation etc.) that most other units in the community provide.
There is also a transition piece in between the living room carpet and the kitchen tile that is very dangerous as it has screws sticking up and needs immediate attention. This is an industrial-grade piece and has no business being in anything other than a warehouse.

We all had a great time! The home was plenty spacious for our 4 adults and 9 kids. We all enjoyed the pools and water park. The kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed to cook. Even an extra fridge in the garage, which was nice. There was no ping pong balls that worked but over all a wonderful getaway! Thank you!

Great stay!
Beautiful big home with lots of space! Definitely would love to stay again. Tons to do at the house and both pools are so fun. Only thing I guess I was taken back by was the little “mattress pads” that can be found in the bunk room closet for those extra beds. Those weren’t much to sleep on and I guess we were more expecting like a roll out bed. Couch was much more comfy. But we loved this place!

Great place to getaway

My husband, myself and our 4 children stayed here for a quick getaway
We really enjoyed the vacation rental, it was very spacious. TVs in each room. The loft was our favorite. Way bigger than what we needed but still very reasonably priced. The pools were fun. The house was fully equipped with all your basic needs.

This house was excellent for our half family Labor Day vacation. Spacious and more than enough room for 6 adults and 4 kids with one infant. The pools were very nice and the water park was tons of fun, except the water was a bit chilly even tho the temperatures were so very HOT. Per the recommendation of the house rules, we were to all leave shoes at the door. Not a good idea as the carpets and flooring left all our feet with black bottoms. Carpets tripped us up a couple of times and one child almost hit the coffee table which might have been a trip to ER. So many house rentals In the area and so many guests at the pool and water park.

We stayed here over the weekend, and there were so many rooms to enjoy, we didn’t have enough time to do that. What I liked the most was the large table and island. There were 4 extra sleeping mattress pads in the closet, the loft had sleeper sofas, 2 master suites, 1 queen suite, and 2 full size bunk beds each bedroom had a full size bath and 2 half baths, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. The only other suggestion I would make is to put a sign in the queen suite bathroom that the toilet water pressure is very low. We didn’t find this out until after we used it and the toilet clogged. Management responded quickly and let us know, but it would have been nice to know up front before using it. Besides that it was a very comfortable place to stay for both adults and children. It was wonderful!

Large home well laid out!
We enjoyed our stay at the home very much. The home is large and well planned out. It is furnished with all that you need for cooking and has more televisions than you can imagine! We enjoyed our stay BUT we did find trash left behind in several rooms as well as dirty silverware in the drawer. Also the toilet in the bathroom off of the bedroom with the queen sized bed did not work. The management company responded and it was repaired only to break again the next day. We didn’t try the pool but it looked like it would have been fun!

Perfect place for our “Girls Trip”! We loved the open kitchen and huge dinning room table. Comfy sitting room downstairs but the upstairs family room is the perfect place for a large group to stay up late playing games and watching movies. We would definitely stay in this home again!

The condo was beautiful and well maintained. We come to go to Tuacahn so we like the location of the condo. We have stayed here before but the Splash Pad and Lazy River were in the planning stage. They were very fun to use this year. We liked the original pool also. Our stay was very pleasant. We would return!

Family time
We had a great time staying at this house. We had plenty of space, but unfortunately one of the couch beds was broken and the other one was not that great of a mattress. All of the bedrooms were very nice and it was very comfortable. Our main complaint would be that the soap was very watered down in the bathrooms, but other than that we had a great time and we would definitely recommend it.

Amazing stay
We had 3 families-12 kids and 6 adults and this place was PERFECT. We loved each having our own master bed/bath for each family, and the bunk room and family room upstairs were perfect for all the kids. The kitchen was big and the whole place was just amazing. It worked perfectly and had almost everything we needed. A high chair would be nice, but we brought our own. The whole community was great and the pool were gorgeous and so much fun. We'll definitely be back!

Fun in St George at Paradise Village! Our family consisting of 10 adults and three children had a really great visit. We loved our accommodations and the home stayed in was was beautiful as well as comfortable and practical for prepping and enjoying meals. There were great gathering places and places for quiet times with children. The pools, hot tubs, lazy river, and splash/slide areas really make fun for all ages. We had a great time in Snow Canyon and Dixie Rock which wherein perfect proximity to Paradise Village. We would love to come stay again!

Great Family Rental
We had 3 families spending time together for Spring Break and Easter and the 3 Master rooms were perfect! The kids crashed in the bunk room and loft and the place was quite spacious. Every kitchen appliance you can dream of is included in the fully stocked kitchen. Paradise Village is close to Snow Canyon, Tuachan and a quick drive in to the heart of St. George. The pool at the facility is great and will be even better once the waterpark opens in the near future. We had a great time and recommend unit 27!

Fantastic home at a reasonable price. There is tons of space for everyone to have their own privacy. Liked having multiple master suites along with the bunk bedroom that the kids loved! Will definitely stay here again.
