The home is made of three different stories, each ensuring the house is well connected yet exclusive and individually spaced. Starting at the bottom floor, there are three individual guest rooms. All of which have plush full-size beds, large flat-screen TVs, and impeccable views of downtown Telluride. Each guest room has its own ensuite bathroom with massive showers and high-end modern finishes. There is also a media room on this floor with an immersive TV and convenient selection of furniture to relax and enjoy a movie.
On the second floor, the living room boasts a warm and ultra-luxurious seating arrangement around a fireplace, a flat-screen with Apple TV, and expansive downtown views. Just outside, enjoy a sunset view over a glass of wine from the comfort of your private deck.
The kitchen is right across the living room. Fully stocked with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and luxury finishes, this gourmet kitchen includes a six-burner stovetop, large side by side refrigerators, and a comfortable breakfast bar. The master suite is spellbinding. A private fireplace warms the room from below a large flat-screen TV.
