An initial hiccup, but immediately resolved and I would stay at the new/second accommodations again.

I loved the new/second accommodations. It was in a great location.

I didn't like that the host waited until I arrived and dragged my luggage upstairs to tell me that there was an A/C issue and a plumbing issue and they would need to put me elsewhere. They said they had already arranged the new/second accommodations. Advance notice would have been better communication and I would have been able to just travel to the new accommodations instead of wasting time, gas, and energy traveling to a place that was unavailable.

Suite life in Labone

Great location close to several restaurants. Room is well decorated, including complimentary water and TV streaming apps. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries.

Natural light is not the best as the windows are quite narrow.

Exceptional

Location is fantastic, lots to do and eat around there. The room was nice and clean, and most importantly the AC actually worked. The bed was a bit on the firm side which I actually enjoy but some may not.

Was a bit difficult to find at first - not sure if they can add a better sign. Signs in the building would help too since even the restaurant below didn't seem to know the place was directly above them.

Great stay overall

My stay was good, had an elevator issue on the first day, but it was fixed.

The wifi was in reliable, Works for some hours and then goes bad for an hour.

Exceptional Staff and Excellent Facilities

Francis was an excellent and exceptional host. He made all processes smooth and easy, and was extra helpful in helping me to get a SIM card and other logistical needs in Accra. I highly recommend Alima because of the helpful staff!

Good location

Good location, close to restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were great abd very helpful.

Superb

The location is perfect. Easy access to all of the exciting restaurants and pubs in town.

Nothing to hate except that it would have made sense if breakfast was included for the price. Regardless, I wouldn't mind staying here again on my next visit.

Best place to stay when in Accra!

The property was very clean, looking beautiful and central to many places we visited. In fact, in many instances, we walked to best restaurants in Labone, Accra.

The lift was small and sometimes not working.

Absolutely a place to stay, mostly if you are on a work trip. is quiet, internet works perfectly, accessible, a good sel

The staff were just amazing. The place was super clean.

No swimming pool. The iron was leaking water everywhere, had to use without water old school, guess is the quality of the iron. On the first day it was tricky to find the entrance of the building is just a door in a middle of a big building so you have to pay attention to find the door & go upstairs. Or call the host to meet you down stairs which they are more than happy to, or ask the security in parking lot who are so helpful with your bags too.
