Estella is lovely and the hotel fantastic once we got past the auto check-in

Perfect location and beautiful modern room

The auto check-in was a nightmare. We had already checked in on-line but had to do it all again and the machine just didn't work properly for us or the people in front of us.

Funcional pero mejorable

Hecho en falta un colgador para toallas. La mampara de la ducha parece necesario poner otra hoja de cristal, quizás corredera. Es imposible con la que tienen no inundar el WC. Falta un manual del sistema de aire acondicionado o dejar instrucciones claras (no es fácil ni evidente hacerlo funcionar; yo no lo conseguí). Y finalmente las sábanas están muy usadas y con "bolas" .Tendrían que pensar en renovarlas más a menudo...hemos pagado 140 €/noche.

Clean neat and modern.

It was clean, easy to get in and well located.

There was no way to get hot water for tea or food. Most places have a tea kettle. Here there was only a vending machine and it did not do hot water only coffee. Also there was a lightning storm and it knocked out the AC. There was no staff to ask for help to get it back on.

Instalaciones muy modernas, diseño moderno pero con personalidad y materiales de calidad. Habitación enorme cómoda y luminosa. Camas de sobresaliente. Ubicación muy buena.

Nur die Lage

Ich weiß wirklich nicht, wie dieses Hotel an diese positiven Bewertungen gekommen ist. Ich habe selten so eine schlechte Unterkunft gehabt, wie diese. Man hörte im gesamten Haus, so auch in der Nacht, im Zimmer jeglichen Toilettengang der anderen Gäste. Man konnte die Unterhaltungen aus den anderen Zimmern hören, obwohl diese einige Etagen entfernt waren. Der angebotene und mitbezahlte Whirlpool war eine Unverschämtheit. Beim Öffnen der Abdeckung, stank es so bestialisch, dass mir übel wurde. Das Zimmer war runtergekommen. Der Putz an den Wänden war großflächig beschädigt und verschmutzt. Unter der Zimmerdecke befand sich ein großer Feuchtigkeitsfleck. Der Preis ist vollkommen unangemessen überzogen. Ich empfehle dem Investor sein Objekt zu begutachten, um es dann mal auf den Stand seines Angebots bei Booking zu bringen. Die Fotos bei Booking stellen nicht den aktuellen Zustand dar und sind aus meiner Sicht irreführend.

La ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro de pero un sitio tranquilo. El auto check in sin problemas, sencillo, intuitivo. La habitación pequeña pero completa.

There was somebody else’s hair on my sheets, no toilet paper, no air-conditioning and wasn’t the cleanest. Run down bathroom. Room looks better in pics

Molt bona relació qualitat preu

Està situat en un lloc molt cèntric i alhora tranquil, al costat de l'església i amb una placeta al costat que fa que puguis allargar la vista malgrat estar en un carrer estret del centre de la ciutat. No es pot aparcar però es pot deixar el cotxe davant de l'establiment uns minuts per descarregar tranquilament i ben aprop hi ha un pàrquing públic. Molt net, bon matalàs. Hi ha el mínim imprescindible, sense luxes però tot molt adequat i útil. Bona calefacció, hem estat a principis de febrer Hi ha dues màquines dispensadores de begudes i snacks al hall, van bé si necessites aigua O fer un mos.

No hi ha ningú a l'establiment, el check in es fa a través d'una màquina i no es intuïtiu. Vam haver de trucar a la responsables tres cops! Això sí, hi ha resposta immediata 24 hores al dia És pena perquè amb algú a recepció seria un lloc de 10.

Una noche de improvisto pero estancia muy agradable

La ubicación es excepcional. En el centro, la verdad que muy bonito. Aparcamos en en la calle de al lado y el acceso es muy sencillo. Las habitaciones son muy grandes, la temperatura ideal y eso que hacía un frío tremendo en el exterior. Todo muy limpio. Camas cómodas, 2 almohadas, baño muy bien.

A clean, well-lighted place

Clean, comfortable room at a fair price on the Camino de Santiago.

The automated checkin was a bit of a nightmare. The machine couldn't read our IDs so we had to enter all the data by hand. We made it work but it certainly wasn't a time-saver next to having a human desk clerk. Also, be sure you're rooming with someone you're close to: the bathroom is one of those frosted goldfish bowls with little privacy.

Aviso que el llevar una mascota implica que conran 15 euros más .

No me gustó que no se haga referencia claramente al reservar una habitación que el llevar una mascota implica un recargo de 15 euros y encima en esta segunda vez que hago una reserva con mascota nos ubicaron una habitación mucho más pequeña que en la anterior visita que fuimos sin mascota.

A beautiful resting spot

It was conveniently located in the center of town and right across from the pilgrim store.

I didn’t realize it was a virtual hotel, so that was a little difficult to navigate it first.

Clean, in good shape, machine check in OK, firm bed, good location, good price.

Google Maps does not know that it is located on a pedestrian-only street. You have to park about 5-7 minutes away. No big problem, but it would be good (1) to know this before trying to get close by car; (2) where nearest parking areas are ... Shower does not have door, so the whole bathroom floor gets wet after shower.

Die beste Unterkunft auf meiner Pilgerreise! :-)

Das Zimmer war sehr modern und geräumig. Die zentrale Lage direkt am Camino war ein Traum. Wenn man auf seinem Jakobsweg vorher eher in günstigen Hostels und Herbergen übernachtet hat, ist dieses Hotel eine ausgesprochen schöne Abwechslung. Der Balkon war zwar winzig, aber ausreichend, um dort Wäsche zu trocknen, sofern man eine Wäscheleine dabei hat. :-)

Der Check-In erfolgte an einem Check-In-Automat - also ohne jegliches Personal. Damit waren viele ältere Gäste anscheinend überfordert. Das führte zu langen Wartezeiten am Check-In-Automat. Ein zweiter Check-In-Automat wäre eine sinnvolle Sache, besonders für die Gäste, die sich bereits online auf der spanischen Website eingecheckt haben und nur noch schnell ihre Zimmerkarte abholen wollen.

Always can be worst.

Location…. Wonderful….. But next to most wonderful church,….which when is close ……young group of happy teenagers will spend time on stairs…parting. Happy noise …but if you like to sleep….echoes will forbidden.

The place is run by ,,codes,, entry. Computer in lobby to register yourself ,scan passport,pay etc erc. Very modern and very frustrating….specially when you do not have your perhaps confirmation nr/ handy./ How good for even economy of Spain will be to hired one operator/ mean HUMAN/ I was walking Camino rd and loose around two hours of my relaxing time just to get the card key. When get to the room to have my blessing shower…….the shower gel container was totally empty ,partly broke…. Nobody to ask….
