Alles im allem super gelaufen und nettes Apartment

Das Zimmer war wirklich super schön ! Leider war unser Zimmer nicht so sauber aber war in Ordnung. Da das Apartment direkt an der Straße ist ist es sehr laut aber damit muss man rechnen. Mit Kindern eher ungeeignet, da die Gegend etwas Unruhig ist. Im ganzen würden wir aber nochmal hinfahren ohne Kind!

Angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Zweckmäßig ausgestattet, alles Wichtige vorhanden, Unterkunft war sauber und modern. Lage zentral zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Innenstadt, sehr internationale Wohnlage, dreckiges Umfeld.

Leider keine Klimaanlage. Die Temperaturen in unserem Zimmer in der 3. Etage waren kaum auszuhalten.

Mit allem ausgestattet! Ventilator bei 30 Grad- super mitgedacht für den Kunden.

Die Lage. Ringsum nur ausländische Läden und Menschen, fühlten uns nachts dort (kamen von einem Konzert) nicht sicher!

Tolle Lage Alles da, was man braucht in der Wohnung. Sogar Kaffee und Tee (leider keine Kaffeemilch, aber die muss man dann halt besorgen)…

Ich war an einem Tag in der Wohnung, wo 30 Grad waren, die Sonne scheint sehr lange auf die Fenster, somit war es sehr warm und stickig in der Wohnung. Es gab aber einen Ventilator.

Zur Übernachtung völlig Inordnung

Ausgezeichnete Lage am HBF. Ausstattung zur Selbsverpflegung ausreichend.

Das Apartment hatte leider viele Abnutzungen. Kaputtes Kopfteil am Bett, defekte Lampen, diverse offene Dübel/Bohrlöcher abgeplatze Fließen.

Wenn man drin ist, ist das Apartment super ausgestattet. Das ist toll. Die komplett digitale Abwicklung ohne jeglichen menschlichen Kontakt ist nicht meins, muss man mögen.

Die Straße in Bahnhofsnähe scheint nicht das beste Viertel zu sein. Als ich gegen 20h30 dort entlang lief, gab es einige Männergruppen in Hauseingängen, Barber- und Shishashops, aber auch als Sicherheitsgefühl eine Polizeistreife. Gegen 22h30 war allerdings alles wieder ganz ruhig. Leider gab es hier und da ein Haar und getrocknete Wasserränder, so dass es sich nicht so richtig sauber anfühlte. Auch roch es im Bad nicht ganz so frisch nach Abfluss.

Close to the station

We chose this property because it was close to the station. We took our luggage and then were able to take the short walk back to the station to then take a tram to the Christmas market (which was an amazing market!!) For us, the hotel was a little difficult to find as there’s no big sign to show the hotel location from a distance. Once we were there, we struggled a little with getting into the room (the instructions we had were for other rooms and not our room as such) but we got help from a neighbour who also struggled but then finally got us in. The room is beautiful and it feels very homey! We had everything we needed to be self sufficient and cook whatever we wanted. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean and tidy. Plus we had a small (and appreciated) gift waiting for us. I did miss having someone to talk to at reception and it was very frustrating when we couldn’t get into the room and knew there was no reception to go to. We had been given a number to ring if there was an issue which we didn’t end up using and we got used to the idea of no reception. I would stay at this hotel again for its convenience, comfort and location.

Having no reception to get information from definitely made things a little harder than usual. We also had a lot of problems with the heating. The heater is behind the curtains and when the curtains are closed, no heat whatsoever came out. We ended up resting the curtains on the window sill so the heat could get out!

Ganz gut

Die ganze Handhabung war sehr unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Das Bett war leider sehr durchgelegen und brachte uns am nächsten Tag Rückenschmerzen ein. Die Lage war eigentlich ganz gut. Alles war zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Aber das Viertel war schon etwas.....

Overpriced, missing bed, unavailable service - never again

The announcement said the apartment is for two adults and one kid but they couldn’t provide a bed for our son. very difficult to get hold if staff by mail and phone (long waiting times). Also, our room had no nightstands and no power plugs by the bed. We had to pay 332€ for this one night: really overpriced

Für die Leistung viel zu teuer.

Online Check-In im Voraus möglich. Die Übermittlung des Türcodes hat reibungslos geklappt.

Die Lage ist ziemlich schlecht, unheimliche Straße vor allem im Dunkeln. Für uns 2 jungen Frauen war es nicht schön abends dort lang zu gehen. Die Fenster waren sehr dünn, jedes Geräusch vom Innenhof war zu hören. Kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich... Jede Nacht 3-4x wach. Die Ausstattung war eigentlich sehr modern und stylisch, jedoch von mangelnder Qualität. An vielen Stellen schon kaputt oder stark abgenutzt... Garderobe und Ablage am Bett hingen nur noch an einer Schraube. Im Bad war Spark in der Dusche, Abfluss stark abgenutzt, überall Wasserspuren auf dem Boden, da die Silikonabdichtung kaputt ist. Farbe löst sich an Dusche von der Wand, Feuchtigkeitsproblem... Und und und... Die Wohnung war vielleicht mal schön und hochwertig, jetzt jedoch in keinem guten Zustand....

Wir kommen wieder.

Einfaches einchecken. Parkplatz vorhanden. Zimmer war groß und mit allem was man so am Wochenende braucht ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage.

Putzfrau sollte eventuell mal genauer hinschauen. Haben es dann selbst gemacht.

The room was great, exceeded expectations.

There needs to be a bit more attention paid to the outside. Someone vomited in the driveway and it was not cleaned, which caused the little alleyway to stink horribly.

I am a Fan of the product

I love the location of the property! its proximity to the main train station allowed me to reach the property in 5 minutes, leave all my luggage in the apartment and start to explore the city. Furthermore, not going through the process of actually physically checking in at the property as it happens in normal hotels, makes it so easy! you upload all the details, get the access codes and then it is all done. last but not least, the apartment had all I needed! although I just stayed for one night, having the kitchen to prepare my breakfast in the morning and the coffee provided by limehome just made this stay much more enjoyable! Am certainly going to book another limehome for my next stay!
