Amazing room

Moore house was beautiful, amazing stay

The people that stayed above us were up all night playing music and stamping on the ceiling so it wasn't as relaxing as it could have been but it had the potential

Cute guest house - recommend!

Lovely guest house in the heart of old town Hastings. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the top floor room with the free standing bath tub. Really comfy and relaxing place for a night or two. Delicious breakfast also included in the price, the granola with fruit was exceptional.

The decor was old and modern,done to a high standard. The bed in our room was large and comfy,bathroom modern with large shower.

cosy comfortable stay

Good range of cooked breakfast options. Nice cosy rooms and decor. comfortable bed.

Would have liked some pastries or cereal for cold breakfast options. Seagulls very noisy and banging on window in top room, unfortunately can't change that but woke me up at 5.30am !

Two night stay

Lovely place in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy and spacious room.

Room RX1 is opposite the main entrance and the door to the hotel would sometimes slam shut - which was quite loud. Some surfaces in the room were a little dusty (e.g. inside the small cupboard).

Fantastic place to stay in Hastings Old Town

My son and I were made to feel very welcome. We arrived early and dropped our bags until we received a call to say our room was ready. Moore House was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated and breakfast was delicious.

Located in the middle of the old town, a short walk to all major attractions. The staff (Danielle) was very friendly. The English breakfast was beautifully presented. The bathroom with the bathtub was amazing

Restful and enjoyable.

Delicious breakfast. i liked the thought that had gone into the decor. There was a separate and spacious bathroom for us and a light automatically switched on in the corridor leading to the bathroom,

This could not have been helped but the view from our window was of not interesting apartments very close across the street.

Lovely welcome, comfy bed, excellent bathroom. Great attention to the details. Very good breakfast indeed!

Towels were smaller than my preference, but it didn't affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Perfect hotel for a relaxing child-free break

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moore House, it’s neatly tucked away in a great location. Will definitely stay again, beautiful decor and delicious breakfasts. I also thoroughly recommend a meal at Porters which is next door to the hotel and run by the same owners.

we needed a couple of days respite & Moore house, the sea & the old town restored us.

beautifully styled, warm, individual & welcoming. furniture, soft furnishings, towels are all stylish & generous. terrific fresh home cooked breakfast

we liked everything but it would have been lovely to have had the room ‘cleaned’ ( glasses & cups washed, bed made & so on.

That’s our room in the photo - beautiful! Comfy beds. Easily adjustable heating - so often hotels are overheated and windows unopenable! Excellent breakfast and delightful staff!

delightful, relaxed, enjoyable

the room was beautiful. the bathroom was stunning with a large Victorian bath that was the piece de resistance. very cosy, very comfy, elegant decor, bed was so comfortable, fridge was welcome. short walk to the sea and many places to eat and shop around.

nothing really! perhaps would suggest some small candles in the bathroom to provide an even cosier ambiance.

Lovely BnB in a great location and excellent breakfast. The place is decorated so thoughtfully, has a really nice feel and everything you need for a great stay is on offer. I can't think of a negative!
