Brand new 2 bdrm, 2 bath apartment with a balcony to help you unwind and enjoy your stay. Located in the Clubhouse, guests can access the hot-tub, 24 hr fitness room or stretch in the private Yoga Room. Large open community area with free Wi-Fi, snack machines and cable TV. Complex has walking paths and dog park. Centrally located in hilltop Mankato. Unit has private washer and dryer. Walking distance to grocery, food and WOWZone Family entertainment.

Perfect for what i needed.

This was our 2nd year to stay here. We were in Mankato to watch our son play with the Mankato MoonDogs. The apartment is quiet and comfy with a balcony to sit on during nice weather. It's close to everything in Mankato. We even did some local site seeing during the day. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. We arrived late due to flight delays and had should have called to arrange collection of the keys. That was the only hiccup. Apart from that everything went well

Great stay with family and multiple ages. Easy walk to the grocery store, McDonald's and Applebees. Also close to the mall. Good parking on-site. Comfortable rooms and furnishings. Would definitely recommend!

The stay was very nice. I would like to know why the cleaning fee? The checkout list said to strip the beds start a load of laundry, put towels in laundry room, take garbage outside to the dumpster, start the dish washer and leave the apartment in a clean condition.

We were in town for the Mankato MoonDogs games. The apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It's located within 5-10 minutes (or less) of restaurants & shopping. Very comfy apartment with outdoor balcony seating. We enjoyed using the heated outdoor pool. We would definitely book with Christa again.

You basically get a relatively new, nicely furnished 2-bd, 2-ba condo, with full kitchen and W/D, for the price of hotel rooms located about a mile away (where other family members stayed) ... this is way better! And Christa was great to work with!!

We enjoyed the stay. This place served its purpose. We used the hot tub once and the gym area a few times which were nice features. However, the internet had lag which affected the TV. There were no tissues and we had troubles getting into the unit.

We loved the apartment. The decor was beachy and cute,. We also liked the layout and the kitchen was great! It was nice having 2 spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. We loved having access to the hot tub. We liked the location, it is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We bowled at the Wow zone, it is right across the street. We loved that we could bring our dog. There were sidewalks and trails and a small dog park in the complex. Christa was helpful and easy to communicate with. We would stay there again!

This was a perfect option for 4 of us in town for MSU Women’s soccer and MSU family weekend. Location was perfect, ate out one night and cooked the other. Had a fabulous time.

This was a beautiful two bedroom apartment. It was conveniently placed at like the heart of Mankato. Everything was clean and fully stocked with supplies. Communication with host was fast and efficient. Would definitely stay again.

Ski trip to Mount Kato
This apartment was perfect for our weekend ski trip to Mount Kato. Plenty of space for two couples and lots of parking available. The arcade next door is perfect for families, and we went bowling one night. Will stay here again!

Good Location for a Student Visit
It was a bit tricky finding the place initially and checking in, but the PM was helpful. We enjoyed being able to cook, get takeout and spend quality time with our student. This place was comfortable and well stocked.
Master bedroom should be a queen, but beds were comfy. A mop and boot tray would be helpful for winter weather.

We enjoy staying here on weekends while we visit our son, who attends Minnesota State. It’s the perfect size for him to come stay with us as it has two nice bedrooms and bathrooms.

Very clean and convenient apartment
This rental in a clean, quiet and very new-seeming building served us well for a weekend trip to Mankato. The location among big-box stores and busy roads isn't great for walking around, but the HyVee next door makes it really easy to pop out and grab groceries and other essentials. A few small things could make for a homier experience—a coatrack, some bedside table lamps, a teakettle—but overall this was an excellent hotel alternative.
