As you step into this enchanting space, the open kitchen and living area beckon with a French Provincial-inspired ambiance, creating an atmosphere of timeless elegance. This property caters for summer and winter getaways or family holidays and you will not be disappointed.

Practicality meets ease with an indoor laundry, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
The fourth bedroom, boasting an oversized double bed, shares an ensuite with bedroom #3. What sets this room apart is its semi-open design leading to the outdoor patio through a glass door, offering breathtaking views of the beach, especially magical under the moonlight.
For added convenience, bath towels are provided, while we recommend bringing your beach towels for seaside adventures. To add a touch of leisure, board games are provided for your enjoyment.

Please note, this is a duplex with a permanent residence in the adjoining house, but the setup ensures privacy and a peaceful stay.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed as an attachment to this email.
This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Perfect house for our annual girls long weekend away. Was very spacious and clean with great amenities, kitchen supplies, plus a nice little welcome gift. Beds were comfortable with good quality sheets and towels. Had everything we needed. Loved the beautiful beach and sunrise view, and being able to walk out the back door onto the beach. Host was very helpful and professional. We'll definitely be back thanks.

Thank you, we had a lovely stay. We are 5 primary school friends who meet up each year for a 3 night get together, we are now 70 years old & this is our 24th year. Shellharbour Waves had everything to make our stay wonderful. Beautiful clean house, comfortable beds & pillows, great location (couldn't get any closer to the beach!) Loved that we could open back gate & go for a walk along the public footpath. We had lots of laughs playing your Charades & Trivia games. Just loved it!

We LOVED staying here! Debbie was fantastic! She responded quickly and was very helpful. The home was well equipped to cook our meals, play games, and our favorite going to the beach! The location is great for a morning jog or evening stroll along the walking path out the back gate. The beds were comfy. Three bathrooms made it easy for all of us to get ready. Dining on the deck was a great treat. We saw dolphins and a sea turtle from the deck. It was also fun to watch the surfers. Definitely would stay here again!!

A 'Gals' Weekend Away @ this Beautiful House with Ocean Views!
Beautiful home located in Warilla/Shellharbour area with amazing ocean views and shops within close proximity.
The Kitchen was very well equipped.
We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that the 'gas fireplace' was not functioning as advised. This would have been ideal as the weather was cooler than usual this time of the year and it rained a plenty.
Also, the lock to the flyscreen sliding door was jammed....to the downstairs bedroom which faced the ocean.....we couldn't sleep with the glass sliding door open for fear that someone would break in during the night.
How nice it would have been to have fallen asleep to the sound and breeze of the ocean!
Besides that....a Relaxing weekend.

Wow! This stunning 4 bedroom house must be one of the best in Warilla. This property is a stones-throw from the beach with magnificent views of the ocean and beach from the large upstairs balcony.

The house is beautiful. Big enough to fit 2 families comfortably. Had everything we needed. Kids especially enjoyed the direct access to the beach and all the toys and board games in the house. Booking process and communicating with the agent was great. Thanks for an awesome stay.
