Our beautifully furnished second floor lake view condo is situated in a very desirable Shorewalk Vacation Villas, Bradenton FL. It is recognized for its resort style amenities like 2 outdoor heated swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 1 lighten tennis courts, 2 pickle board courts, billiard room, shuffleboard court, BBQ grills, children play area and so much more.
IMG Academies, manatee county public golf course, shopping, grocery stores like Aldis, Publix and our favorite Detwiler's farmers market, Regal Oakmont movie theater, Bowlero bowling alley and restaurants like Applebee's, Outback, Lucky Frog a German local favorite, Metro Diner and many more shown in the pictures are all within walking distance or a very short drive.
Shorewalk is an ideal holiday destination with plenty attractions nearby to keep everyone entertained.

This unique and very spacious 1120 sq feet condo has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms that can comfortably sleep 4 people. Fall asleep in minutes on the king size bed in master bedroom that comes with a wall mounted flat screen smart TV. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Chefs' kitchen is fully equipped with the latest stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to make that tasty meal. The bright and beautifully furnished living room has a sofa, love seat a very cozy lounge chair and a rather larger wall mounted flat screen smart TV where you can enjoy from movies to news, TV shows and even Netflix and Disney Plus.
The lanai comes with 4 chairs and a table perfect for lounging or having a meal while enjoying the view of the lake and the sound of the fountain, small but entertaining collection of novels is available for you to enjoy, and don't worry, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available if you must stay connected.

Host was great. Very responsive. Checking process was smooth and easy. 4 minutes an away from IMG, convenient location to restaurant and groceries. Would recommend staying there for tournaments at IMG. We would definitely stay there agin

We very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo with comfortable beds and furniture, very clean home, and well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Easy keypad entry into home. Great communication with owners. Was in town for nephews hs graduation and it was a great relief that we found an awesome place to stay white we were in Bradenton.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Close to IMG Academy which is why we were here- super convenient. Publix right around the corner. Pool was nice. Beds were comfy and kitchen was great. Couldn’t log into the wifi but wasn’t a big deal for us. Couches, super comfy, but could be updated but it is also hard with white furniture. Would totally recommend staying here

This property is as described, it was comfortable and clean. It is located in a great area with easy access to the motorways if you are exploring. The local beaches are beautiful. We did not hear any noise and the pool area was quiet too , on the occasions we went for a swim. If we come back to Florida, we will definitely look up the property again

Property was easy to access. Pretty view from the screened in porch. Near numerous restaurants & grocery stores. We did not use the pool. Inside was clean and redone, looked nice. Spacious bedrooms and multiple bathrooms was a definite plus. Only downfalls included couches with little support and showers lacking water pressure/ temperature control.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental.

Condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice neighborhoods to walk. Great location for easy walk to Publix, CVS and several restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

Very nice stay. Well appointed condo. Enjoyed the lanai. The refrigerator stopped working two days before our check out and we emailed property owner and talked to someone at customer service at VRBO.

I always enjoy my stay at this complex. Condo is modern, clean & nice outdoor views. 2 pools & pickle ball courts are great. Property Manager is quick, courteous and attentive. Hope to be back!

Great property and location. Only suggestion would be to fix the water heater as the shower temps fluctuated from hot to cold and wouldn’t stay consistent.

Very stylish. Very clean. Loved the clean smell. Ceiling fan blades need to be cleaned but other than that Very clean. Balcony very private, quiet and relaxing. Toilet paper and kleenex the thinnest I've ever seen. No paper towels or, dishwashing liquid or scrubbers in kitchen. Only one disheag and one kitchen towe. Other than that stocked well. No icemaker and no ice trays. Hot tub and pool nicely warm. Smelled marijuana on way to pool. Overall 3 out of 5

It was our second stay at the Shorewalk villas . The location is very convenient, with short drive to Anna Maria island, our favorite place. Grocery stores and at the walking distance. Also Sarasota airport is just few minutes away. Property is fantastic. Having available heated swimming pools, tennis courts was the best. Community club is nice and management is very pleasant and helpful. Apartment is exactly as on photos. Spacious, clean, on the second floor. Two bedrooms were spotless, clean. Kitchen is new, clean with most of the dishes and utensils you might need. It was very nice to have a balcony with a screen where we enjoyed morning coffee. This place became our winter vacation spot. It's close to neighboring towns, Sarasota, Siesta keys, St. Pete and Clearwater which we like to visit and enjoy beaches.

We’d read many reviews and were keen to see how factual they were. This little gem did not disappoint. Just a 12-15 minute drive from Anna Maria Island it is ideally located. The pictures provided by the owner are completely accurate. It is a really lovely condo and we hope we have the opportunity to stay here again.

Very nice property perfectly located for our needs. Communication with our host was quick and courteous. Complex was quiet and we never heard other neighbors in the building. We enjoyed the spacious pool and mostly had it to ourselves. View from the condo overlooking the pond was peaceful. A quiet getaway was exactly what we needed! Thanks!

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks while my daughter attended tennis camp at IMG. It was just a few minutes away from IMG, which we loved. The property was nice and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had ample appliances for cooking. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described! The bed in the master bedroom was a little too soft for our liking, but that’s just personal preference. We had a couple minor issues but the owner responded quickly and took care of things. Great location with all of the hot spots - St. Armand’s Circle, Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key just a short drive away.

Accommodations were exactly as pictures described, check in/check out were quick and easy, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was only 20-30 minutes from the beaches, Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota. It’s a quiet community, and parking was also very convenient, which is usually a hassle anywhere you stay. The hosts were very gracious and returned my emails quickly. I highly recommend this place!
